As someone who’s been in an abusive relationship, I have some things to say. First of all: my initial reaction is always to believe alleged victims. This is the first time I’m having a hard time with that. The things below are not “proof” of anything. Sh!tty people can be abused, and cutesy people can abuse. But I need to vent. 1️⃣ Due to my abuse/cPTSD, I have become hypersensitive to red flags in potentially abusive people. Sometimes I just get a very bad vibe, and Poi makes me so uncomfortable. Watching both of their body language in videos that are circulating, she’s being very controlling and possessive while Build seems uncomfortable and shut down, unable to fake a smile. His eyes also say “please don’t do this in public”. The video of her hitting him on the balcony is horrible. Aggressively urging him to go closer to the edge when he says he doesn’t feel safe. 🚩 2️⃣ I’m unsure of the exact timeline, but I have a hard time seeing how a victim of recurring physical abuse would be treating her partner the way we see in those videos - because normally there would be a great fear of retribution. Most people who suffer abuse like that are scared to even look at their abuser the wrong way, lest they trigger their anger. 3️⃣ The timing seems a little too convenient. Poi makes these claims at the same time as accusing him of stealing/selling her ideas. It feels like she got rejected and is trying to destroy him as revenge. 4️⃣ The gift thing is a CLASSIC manipulation technique. Abuser don’t give “gifts” for free, there’s always a price. It’s a tool to hold against you later to prove that you’re being ungrateful. “Why are you disrespecting me when I go out of my way to buy you nice things” “Remember how I have you x and y? Maybe I should just take those back?” 5️⃣ Lastly, and I wanna say again that this is not “proof”… The amount of r•pe and violence that is inserted into every KP relationship for no good reason tells me the writers have some sort of k!nk (I think most readers agree). While I normally hate when B.D.S.M is used as “counter proof” in these cases, it isn’t impossible that Poi wants to involve these fantasies in her real life relationships. Thus it is possible that both the bruises and seemingly threatening messages are part of that. Just my two cents…
I couldn't have said it better. What you said about being hypersensitive toward red flags in potentially abusive people, I've seen a lot of abuse victims bring that up constantly about her and this case.

Its so sad to see him without a smile. It seems very unnatural. I do hope that everything is solved in court and he knows that he has plenty of people who do love him and want the best for him.

I’ve been silent on this matter since the whole craziness and fiasco began because honestly, I just didn’t know how to feel. I was just hoping it was one horrible dream that’ll we’ll all wake up from. But it just kept getting worse. Build has been silent so far and when he finally comes out to say something this is it. I honestly feel very very saddened by this. My heart broke to see him this way. Edit: BOC has been beyond irresponsible. They took Poi’s side from day one. Saying things like build should reflect on his actions and how he’ll be suspended immediately. But you don’t see them channeling that same energy towards poi. Pond was even talking about how he’s been talking to and encouraging poi.(like are you kidding me?)They made Build leave Japan back to Thailand all by himself while they went skiing and sight seeing in Japan. If shameless was a person, that would be pond. All because they want the right to KP2, I guess poi is free to do as she wishes. Not even her history of behaving inappropriately with the actors, practically molesting them, (especially with barcode who was underage at the time)could make BOC take action against her, so what are we saying. Shittiest company ever. Can’t take care of your artist and protect them and their talking about “artists management” is just laughable.

KP auther Poi accused him of plagiarism of his new series 4 min, the auther stated he had nothing to do with the criation and writing of the series. Some time later accused him of cheating, being violent with her, that she was forced to have an abortion to protect his career, of giving him expensive presents and him giving them. As far as I know cheating isn't a crime, the abortion she presented sonogram images that fans found were taken from pintarest, after she said that it wasn't an abortion but a miscarriage caused by taking antidepressants. The evidence of violence are some screenshots of chats and photos with some light bruises that can easily be done with image editing software. The presents were given to him, the pictures of these were also from pintarest, in my opinion from the moment they were gifted, they became is possession and can do whatever he wants with them. On the other side, he had ended thing with her and she didn't take it well, even had to block her, there are some chats were she is threatening him and saying that she will take away all his contracts and sponsors. Also the public wasn't happy with her due to the way she harrassed the cast during KP shooting, everything is in video, and also because of the KP 2nd novel storyline that many found to be extremely disturbing. Now in Thailand almost everyone forgot it, she is looking like an angel to them, destroying his career while watching show. International fans are asking if all is true, why didn't she report the abuse to the authorities. Build left BOC and will take case to court to clear his name. (Unless I missed it---it must have been an extremely quick statement if they did. Which is still extremely odd.) I think BOC is holding back on announcing it officially because they still want the money for the KinnPorsche world tour.

Just from what I’ve read online and after seeing Build’s clip i want to put my two cents in. After watching poi’s behaviour of indiscriminately going after male cast of the series, it’s very very hard for me to think she is a victim! She does not have the demeanour of someone who was allegedly victimized. Yes, as someone mentioned that doesn’t mean she cannot be a victim. I would be very interested to know when (timeline) she was victimized because the BTS footages shows her (and her co-writer ) to be the aggressors. Am I right? Yes, you give a gift, it’s given, you lost control over it? Was the gift given freely? Or did the accused ask or demanded it? Did you give it to hopefully keep him quiet about something? So many questions! Never mind the pics you used that ppl found out to be so fake? Your reputation (poi) is being demolished so you want to take someone with you! Build stated that not everything is out in the open yet! In my heart and mind, I chose to believe him. And yes we all have a past we may not be proud of. There are billions of people on this earth! Don’t tell me one or two cannot have the same ideas or thoughts??? @@nica8791 according to what I have read and clips I’ve seen. Poi (writer) is accusing Build of being physically and emotionally abusive in the past relationship they had. But she also accused him of pretty much stealing her idea for a series (4minutes). This created a toxic environment for Build who now has no choice but to resign from BOC and spend all his effort to clear his name.
I've always found him and Barcode very vulnerable comparing to other cast members. I wish him all the best and I hope his cast mates will support him every step of the way.

2️⃣ I’m unsure of the exact timeline, but I have a hard time seeing how a victim of recurring physical abuse would be treating her partner the way we see in those videos - because normally there would be a great fear of retribution. Most people who suffer abuse like that are scared to even look at their abuser the wrong way, lest they trigger their anger.
3️⃣ The timing seems a little too convenient. Poi makes these claims at the same time as accusing him of stealing/selling her ideas. It feels like she got rejected and is trying to destroy him as revenge.
4️⃣ The gift thing is a CLASSIC manipulation technique.
Abuser don’t give “gifts” for free, there’s always a price. It’s a tool to hold against you later to prove that you’re being ungrateful.

5️⃣ Lastly, and I wanna say again that this is not “proof”…
The amount of r•pe and violence that is inserted into every KP relationship for no good reason tells me the writers have some sort of k!nk (I think most readers agree).
While I normally hate when B.D.S.M is used as “counter proof” in these cases, it isn’t impossible that Poi wants to involve these fantasies in her real life relationships. Thus it is possible that both the bruises and seemingly threatening messages are part of that.

I’ve been silent on this matter since the whole craziness and fiasco began because honestly, I just didn’t know how to feel. I was just hoping it was one horrible dream that’ll we’ll all wake up from. But it just kept getting worse. Build has been silent so far and when he finally comes out to say something this is it. I honestly feel very very saddened by this. My heart broke to see him this way.
Edit: BOC has been beyond irresponsible. They took Poi’s side from day one. Saying things like build should reflect on his actions and how he’ll be suspended immediately. But you don’t see them channeling that same energy towards poi. KP auther Poi accused him of plagiarism of his new series 4 min, the auther stated he had nothing to do with the criation and writing of the series. Some time later accused him of cheating, being violent with her, that she was forced to have an abortion to protect his career, of giving him expensive presents and him giving them. As far as I know cheating isn't a crime, the abortion she presented sonogram images that fans found were taken from pintarest, after she said that it wasn't an abortion but a miscarriage caused by taking antidepressants. The evidence of violence are some screenshots of chats and photos with some light bruises that can easily be done with image editing software. The presents were given to him, the pictures of these were also from pintarest, in my opinion from the moment they were gifted, they became is possession and can do whatever he wants with them. On the other side, he had ended thing with her and she didn't take it well, even had to block her, there are some chats were she is threatening him and saying that she will take away all his contracts and sponsors. Also the public wasn't happy with her due to the way she harrassed the cast during KP shooting, everything is in video, and also because of the KP 2nd novel storyline that many found to be extremely disturbing. Now in Thailand almost everyone forgot it, she is looking like an angel to them, destroying his career while watching show. International fans are asking if all is true, why didn't she report the abuse to the authorities. Build left BOC and will take case to court to clear his name.

But she also accused him of pretty much stealing her idea for a series (4minutes). This created a toxic environment for Build who now has no choice but to resign from BOC and spend all his effort to clear his name.
I've always found him and Barcode very vulnerable comparing to other cast members. I wish him all the best and I hope his cast mates will support him every step of the way.
