If it was the latter, let me explain. I was born and raised in DC. I still live in SE DC and where I live, this is what I see a lot of young men doing with themselves where I stay. @PJRock7 there are some who are stealing things they haven't worked and saved up for and making things hard for themselves and others. I simply think that dancing expressively to good music, having a good time is a better outlet than being a menace to your hood. If I am ignorant for thinking that way, then so be it. This is not to argue but to explain my thoughts behind my comment. Feel free to respond back if you want to engage in a healthy, productive discussion.
