You’re right. I mean minoxidil works for a lot of people. N a few it doesn’t. But he definitely just has a comb over here. He let his hair grow out a little longer and just combed it forward to cover it up. But it definitely works though.

I got off finasteride specifically because I found out it crosses the blood brain barrier.
U don’t have to have finasteride. That’s still up for debate really. I’ve been using minoxidil since last spring. My hair is thicker and my thinning spots are filling in. I don’t use it every day. I do it every other day. At first I used the finasteride too but I stopped cause of small side effects especially after learning that u don’t need it supposedly.
@@Nhp456 I don't really think it's up for debate, the scientific mechanisms are different and the overwhelming amount of people will eventually recede when the minoxidil effectiveness caps. Minoxidil though very effective, is a temporary solution that will eventually stop protecting your hairline. You need to address the root cause of hair loss, which is DHT. That said, I don't recommend finasteride for most people. Nor minoxidil. I think learning to be happy with your body and its own aging process is the way to go long-term.
