I think it’s fair to put Scorpion around Moon Level to Large Planet Level (in terms of AP). His speed scaling is pretty decent. He’s dodged and kept up with lightning on multiple occasions. This should get him to around MHS+ in combat/reaction speed.

Scorpion scales magnitudes above Comic Batman in AP, speed, etc. The man was tossing around Iniustice Supes like it was nothing in the MK x DC crossover (which is canon). If you don’t know, Injustice Superman scales around Moon Level to Small Planet level.
Furthermore, he also defeated Injustice Trigon - who scales some unquantifiable amount above Superman.
I think it’s fair to put Scorpion around Moon Level to Large Planet Level (in terms of AP).
His speed scaling is pretty decent. He’s dodged and kept up with lightning on multiple occasions. This should get him to around MHS+ in combat/reaction speed.

Batman would have a hard time dealing with iron man, and scorpion. If anything iron man and batman would be nearly equal in terms of determination, and willpower, however iron man's tech is way more versatile, with batman having the hellbat armor is enough to face iron man's ultimate suit the god buster being kinda equal to each other. However iron man has way more tech that triumphs over batman's stuff, and intellect.
