Pursuing the New PEKKA Emote in the Mega Deck Challenge (18 Card Decks)

The Mega Deck Challenge is a unique game mode that adds ten additional cards to everyone's deck. This time, the final reward was that of a new PEKKA emote, which I couldn't live without for sure. It seems that I've also found myself in a never ending chase for the PEKKA banner, which I'm having terrible difficulty in acquiring.
