Going from a semiwestern to eastern is like a risky rebirth. One must do whatever it takes to get out of any uncomfortable stagnation because it turns to be even worse since it keeps you dragging you down.
Kudos to Braydon! I noticed that the new racket path was accurate to men's body structure and it is ATP style. The old swing path was a WTA forehand. >_
Wow! Amazing forehand transformation. Im having the same problem with lack of power but i am working so hard to develop a powerful semi western i cant give up/change now. I think because i have found some success maybe around a generous 30% with biting through the court on my forehand i am holding on to that and hopefully with time i will find what works for me. The key right now is to build confidence into ripping through that ball and not being tight. None the less, great video and very interesting to know how coach made a small adjustments to help Braydon with a very beautiful forehand.
Great tip mate, I’ve played since 11. Stop mid 30s and picked it up again. Amazingly I’m struggling with my forehand. Could you deep down a bit more on the grip and the hand position? Cheers

Next gen take back racket, abbreviating loop swing path mainly practicable on topspin groundstroke. But i coach beginner to take back straight down with racket head face down and stay at lag position waiting the ball to bounce, and lever up the racket head depending on the bounce height
unbelievable , for me was just the opposite, my first forehand was like his new one, I was always hitting long, now that I switch to his old one, I am much better :)
That hyper-tucked elbow and contorted, hanging wrist require so much manipulation to get the face to the ball, contact alone requires talent. Tossed balls are not the test of whether a stroke will work.
I suggest that this player needs to point at the ball with his left hand as it gets the left should turning and rotating in the same pattern as the stoke.
Wow ... I Just found my problem... Thank you Very much

For sure you have to do what you need as a player

You obviously didn't watch the whole video 🤣
Eye!
his previous forehand looks like Taylor Fritz, doesn't it?
Looks like Federer's, in my opinion
Changed from old-school federer style takeback to zverev style
Hmmm, looks bit familiar 👀
You know it. Changed your career this
how about nadal? elbow down & not all the way trough the palm. I trust him more 😆
That take back not suitable for slice shots and reconsider for flat shots. Practice more to find out

Demasiado alto el codo luego de su correccion. Un codo tan arriba involucra demasiado al hombro y le genera carga sin sentido.
