Shadow of the Tomb Raider Challenge: Keep Calm and Carrion (The Hidden City Paititi) - 3 Condor feathers gathered from nests
Completing all challenges in SOTTR is required for 100% game completion and to unlock the trophy / achievement "Completionist".
There are 15 challenges needed for 100% completion. They are all based on finding or destroying a certain amount of collectibles. On the map you can see how many challenges there are per area and under Side Missions you can track the Challenge Progress.
None of them are missable, you can still go back everywhere after beating the game. Unlike normal collectibles the challenges aren't marked on the map.

This was the least fun I've ever had getting a platinum trophy. Not only was the game incredibly underwhelming, but the platforming only worked when it wanted to.
