Thanks David. I saw this product and have been using Chris Smith's SuperSharpie in thousands of performances. I also created a 'dropper mode' use by attaching a safety pin so I can hang it, upside down , from the inside of my jacket, so I can steal the nail writer without having a sharpie in my hand.
So I was curious and your review was clear and honest as always and helped to understand what they've done here. I can see how it's appealing to 'pencil swami writer magicians'. I'll stick to the very practical Super sharpie though. Thanks again:

I think it looks great, but to not include the ink, I feel that is a missed opportunity... Especially at the price they are asking. Great review David, I might have to wait on this one for now but it is on my radar.

Not including ink is a mistake. Solid looking device for more detailed writing though. I use super sharpie in a fav so this review is helpful, thanks David 👍🏼✨👊🏻

Thanks for the teaching David. This type of gimmick makes me very nervous to use. One of these days I'll have the courage to try it.

What? No ink?!? I'd really like to see a demo of this. While it's true that nobody carries pencils anymore, you could always be sure of an exact match with the originals.

Thank you so much for your video review! It’s fantastic, and I absolutely love watching it!
Regarding the ink, we didn’t include any because our product is designed to work with a variety of inks, as shown in the promo video-black, white, red, blue, special fluorescent ink, and some magic inks. We believe these are easily available on Amazon, so magicians can choose what suits their needs best.
We've also recently updated the tutorial. Here’s the table of contents:
00:12 what you will receive in the package
    02:29 how to add ink
08:55 how to clean your swami
09:21 how to adjust the size
    13:51 add special ink
15:04 how to use your swami
17:05 how to put your swami into your pocket
    17:18 write on different paper
    22:52 some recommended book
    24:18 first routine window envelope
    29:45 second routine
    33:31 third routine
    35:57 last routine
    🥰

How different is this from TCC's? I had TCC's and it was a disaster. Size was too small and the fabric in the reservoir got stuck on the tip rendering the gimmick unusable. The gimmick kept getting stuck in the holder. This looks quite similar to TCC's

Ha the box really shows what you get. For my style, I think CG's "S***b*" is more fitting. Thanks for the review!

I think I like the ones that are like a black grease pencil. Looks like Sharpie writing but no ink required.

    Clever gimmick.
Should have included some magic on the tutorial 🤷‍♂️
    Thanks David 👍👍

I've never truly been happy with my swami skills.
It always looks like I've written it with my thumb.

This looks great, except for the fact that there is ink. Thank you for the great review, as always.

So...step one is to paint over the "Ultramantic" logo that sticks out over your pocket. Got it.

I'm curious if the marker tip will/may hit the top of your pant pocket as you ditch the swami into the case?

You'll get better at nesting it with practice

@@magicorthodoxy Don't guess, if you actually use it, it won't touch the pocket, which is why we designed the Holder.🥰
