A British Racing Green, Series 1 Jaguar (particularly in such lovely condition) must, surely, be the world's most beautiful car. And, if not the most beautiful, then not far from it. My understanding is that Sir William Lyons was involved in the design of the Series 1 Jaguar. That would certainly explain the faultless lines and proportions. Just beautiful.
Sir William Lyons owed one in chocolate brown which is now owed by the Jaguar Heritage Centre . See my video of the car ruclips.net/video/0WgUzr39Pmw/видео.html regards Peter
Thank you very much for sharing these videos. I always enjoy them, especially the historic and racing prepped XJ models. Here in the US (Arkansas) we usually only get to see the "grand old ladies in metallic beige" out driving around.
Thank you Peter for sharing this video of the XJ! This is my new favorite cars! As soon as I saw that 2007 XJ8 at my job I fell in love with Jaguar Vehicles
The next one planned is "Summer Jaguar Festival moves to Bicester Heritage on Sunday 4th July 2021" You can buy tickets from Jaguar enthusiasts Club (JEC)
Sunday 15th August at Hyde hall Chelmsford Essex, Jaguar drivers club summer meet and picnic, they have kindly invited the Bentley drivers club along as well so hopefully be some nice jags and bentleys on show
All xjs a beautiful to look at. I ask jag fans why ruin it with new x351. Jaguar could have done what rolls and Bentley have Done. Modern yet classic. Come on Jaguar bring back the xj as beautiful car again. Sorry x351 fans. It's no Jaguar.
