The books were great but the series gives more depth to the characters in a way that the book doesn't. I wasn't sure at first how I was going to feel when they announced they were doing the show. But it's really good and very well done.
This show had me screaming and crying and giggling and pausing just to breathe and singing on the top of my lungs and replaying Conrad and Belly scenes because they were just so damn GOOD together

He even thinks that he's too complicated because of the shits he's handling alone. All in all, Conrad deserves the best it must have been hard fighting alone.
My heart melts when Jeremiah is not present for the Deb dancing and belly was searching for him. The way Conrad went to belly for dance, he knew that is the chance to stay besides her... and show her how much she's important to him. They're walking towards each other and saw Conrad being emotional was proving his love for belly.... I almost cried to watch that... 🤍✨

I was literally on verge of tagging this as a bad series and was very hopeless when Conrad was losing his chance. Poor jeremiah but im literally relieved when he got late to the dance. This series was so good. I expected it to be shallow and cringey since it is YA but thank god it exceeded my expectation. The characters were all good! And pls the song was perfect for them i felt like crying.

Also,he might be looking like a dchbag but that's just an act in order to protect his family as well as his girl Belly to not get hurt in that process! Consider this too🖤
I watched this series unexpectedly.Before I watched this series ,I didn’t know the plot and who was the male protagonist but it’s like Conrad vibes was so catchy that i inmediately fell in love with him I know he was cold but he had a reason to be like that ….we can’t judge Conrad just because he was cold that summer when since he was a child he was like the perfect boy smart,kind,talented in sports.
