Jake lad, you are easily one of the best outdoor adventure storytellers in the game! Genuine and emotive content like this cannot help but make you feel proud of our island home. Locked in for another epic mini-series 👍
Great episode Jake and looking forwards to the next! 🚶🏽 A great achievement and what a unique way to see the country! 🙌🏼 I cycled it the opposite way back in 2015 but must have been special weaving along the footpaths/trails whereas we stuck more to the busier roads/tracks 🚲
Just discovered you and your journey. Looking forward to seeing the rest of your adventure and part 2. Recognised Craig from previous videos and my neck of the woods. Good to have mates to share the experience (and to help with the cows 😮)
That was a good watch, walking and hiking are my fav videos of yours and anybody who I watch, they are just so pure, in the nature, in a moment, always surprising as you never know whats ahead or what can happen, just the best. Cannot wait to do it myself one day, but will do National Scottish Trail first and other long walks here in Scotland. Cannot take 3 months off when I work in the hospital haha😅
Always look forward to your videos, man. So well told, in a unique way. Makes me wanna get out into the world and explore a bit more, keep doing what ya doing.
Ah up pal - bloody great video. I started following you through Craig's channel and so glad I did. Awesome narrative and footage. Looking forward to the rest - love from Yorkshire buddy!
Jake I’m gonna keep this simple. There is something about your videos that makes me want to watch you. Well done you and keep up the great content. Can I ask what is the best camper van to buy to convert?? Thankyou. 20K budget for van
my biggest challenge of hiking is the sheer boredom. I can't hike alone, it's too boring. I need a good crew of people to share the journey with, and can only find thrill in very remote places where no sign of civilisation is to be found the entire time. I hate hiking through towns and cities. Feels a complete waste of time. Also the coast path is just one long repeating game of up and down, up and down, gates and bridges. I want alternating and thrilling wilderness, not domesticated coast paths that decimate your knees from the nonstop up, down, up, down

the question is what shoes did you wear?
You can't thru-hike in the UK, you can only through-hike.
