Sunshine Coast, QLD is the best market there is. Huge migration, strong commercial development , low low rental vacancy. Best part? Bottomed a month ago. Rising again. ✊
I’m pretty bearish in it from a relative perspective in the short term.. vs other places.. but likely will grow like you said! Poor yields now though :(
@@Jubeitoshi generally clients are buying around 6% plus or minus .. unless there is some value add strategy.. There’s just non need to trade yield off to growth .. you can have both.. so we like to buy high yield 👍🏼

I can't provide financial advice here, but in general brisbane is still a bit weak, but it would come down to suburb analysis
You can get apartment in city pretty cheap

Bundaberg will outperform both Rockhampton and Townsville. And Agnes Water/1770 will outperform Bundaberg 🤣
