Appreciate a reactor who goes in with an open mind and judges it on what it is. Jac Schaffer was the show runner on WandaVision and on this one. In an interview she said she wanted to do a "detective" episode on WandaVision but couldn't quite fit it in so she used it here to bridge the two series.
Agatha is literally an evil witch who has killed many, including her own coven. It's even hinted that she may have sacrificed her own child. When you got sassy about her throwing the pen out the window and accused her of littering, that made me laugh.
not all hints show writers give you are designed to lead you to what they actually have planned. especially in this series which is all about witches, who tend to be very tricky by nature. they have learned how to effectively misdirect the fans, to keep them guessing and in suspense. also, her coven technically tried to kill her first, and she just..didn't die. what they showed us was her natural ability protecting herself from death. tho i guess, she did intend to kill her mother, after her mother decided to not back down and tried to finish the job the coven attempted. we do not understand her history yet, by design. one potion witch spreading gossip about her superior, is not exactly 'proof' of anything lol.
heartstopper is a series very sweet whith the witch boy without name. It is a queer series, but very heart warming... not that i'm sugesting you to see, but i am... lol
is he a witch in the heartstopper show i keep seeing zoomers talk about? i'm gay but gay show content geared towards tweens ain't my jam lol. but i keep hearing good things about the show and him so it must be good.
@@jordanallen3078 not a witch, just a teen. It is however extremely well done. It’s based on a graphic novel and follows the storyline closely. It’s got so much heart, and touches on serious issues in a very hopeful way. Joe and Kit have a lot of chemistry together and it makes it very watchable even though they are very young in the show. It’s worth the watch. It’s more than the sum of its parts.
1 it’s so refreshing watching a straight man watching this series and not getting upset over the inclusion of Joe Locke/Teen. Thank you for that. 2?Your reaction is so Amazing that I subscribed to your channel. You being Latino (like me) is amazing!!!!! With respect I say this why are you so good looking? Tone it down!!😭 Looking forward to more of your reactions
i have yet to meet a single one of these angry straight nerds irl [and i know A LOT of nerds of the heterosexual variety loool] they seem to only exist in certain echo chambers online. everyone i know irl is saying the same exact same thing about the show, whether they are gay or straight, young or old, stylish or not and that one thing is, "honestly surprised Marvel made something this good." across the board lol. and everyone is obsessed w/ Kathryn Hahn and Aubry Plaza, as per usual. 🤭🤣🥰
His statement is basically a sign to stay away from these kind of reactors as early as possible before they ruined the very positive idea of "reaction videos" A load of stupidity is what he has 🤣.
I think of the shows as spinoffs of the main mcu movies especially as they are now categorized “marvel television” and this one was birthed from one of those crazy but ill take it
Wanda's own IP [Wandavision] is technically a spin off from the movies tho i wouldn't agree Agatha All Along or what comes after Agatha would be considered spin offs. it is a three part TV series that is kind of sort of an anthology show, like American Horror Story.
Great reaction. I'm having a fun time with this show. Oh, and what happened to Wanda at the end of Multiverse of Madness fractured her spell over Agatha, so she glitched and switched from the nosy neighbor Agnes persona into the Detective Agnes persona. And the "Teen" boy was reciting the Latin incantation that started breaking the spell. That's when Agatha started seeing reality creep in, then Aubrey gave her mind the final nudge she needed to break all the way out.
I like the theory that the body represents the darkhold being destroyed in every reality. Hence why Both Agatha and Wanda’s names appear on the library card on the body.
the thing is people always confuse marvel with the mcu because in the comics all the witchcraft and spooky side is just as much and important as the action stuff
I think the Wanda we saw was the representation of the spell Wanda put on Agatha. Somewhere inside Agatha knew the spell had been corrupted. Also Wanda had bare feet maybe (hopefully) she escaped to the witches road too. I think there are 9 episodes it wraps just before Halloween.
Dont know if ur straight or not dont wanna assume anyone’s sexuality in this day and age but can I just say, ur one of the only guys who I assume straight was so enthusiastic about Aubrey and Kathryn’s sexual tension, most of them I can totally see the ick and rejecting the idea even if it was pretty obvious so that was really cool 😂😂 also, to answer a few of your confusions, it was made/written and created by the same people from WandaVision, there are 9 episodes. Teen, the guy, is most likely Wanda’s son reincarnated to that boy’s body. This reaction is so fun!!! Thank you
Yes; same writings and director as WandaVision. 9 episodes in total, with 2 on Oct 30th for the finale. The Vision series will be the next in this trilogy of shows
So with Wanda's death, the spell she had put Agatha under was weakened, which is why her persona changed into a crime drama (as Herb said, "You haven't been yourself the last few days"), as prior to that, she was just the nosy neighbour. Wanda's death returned to Agatha because Wanda said to her "If I need help, I'll know where to find you" before she put Agatha back into her spell.
Oh, and since Agatha lost all of her power to Wanda, her ability to hide herself also disappeared, hence why all these magical people can find her now. Rio said "you hid behind all that dark magic"

Not a bad way to do it shit i wouldve watch 2 episodes worth of it
What I love about this show is it has a lot of actual elements of paganism. It was so great to have real representation in a show ❤

I may have overreacted😂

16:38 Nah, you are absolutely not mistaken, that fight scene was high octane sexual tension.
"Corpse cabinet" took me out😂
23:08 "Does he have a powerful parent?" Umm... yes possibly THE most powerful *cough* Scarlet Wi.. *cough*

Uhm...What? How did WandaVision become a spin-off show? 😂
His statement is basically a sign to stay away from these kind of reactors as early as possible before they ruined the very positive idea of "reaction videos"

Technically a spinoff from Endgame as a companion piece.

Andrew Ugo = Wundagore (the mountain Wanda got crushed on)
the fact that they also got patti lupone is wild
