I havent driven mine since its been cold here, but ive wondered how potent my EP3 is, mine is FBO and i dynoed 230whp / 179tq on a k24 with intake/exhaust/header
Cams are definitely on the list, but they’re later down the road due to lack of funds. Right now, the plan is to just enjoy the car as it is, and focus on aesthetics in the meantime. I’m in the works of creating a walkthrough of the car to show the car as it is, as well as future plans.
@@mich992 If you want to go fast going straight, forced induction is absolutely the way to go. I live in a very hilly area though, and want to occasionally autocross the car, so I feel staying N/A will give me reliability and an enjoyable power-band that won’t shred tires. Plus, the induction noise past 9k RPMs with cams is something else!
@@purseguets7339 I agree with you! When I had my k20z3, I had drag cartel 2.2 cams and the sound they made up top was music to my ears! I guess to each their own! Goodluck in the future
Thanks man! I love the velocity stack as well, one of my favorite mods so far. I recommend getting any car dyno tuned if modded to optimize the performance of your engine. I came in with 201whp, and left with 221whp - a BIG difference for an N/A 2.0L! I plan to make an in-depth video walkthrough of my car and explaining what’s done and why.
17x9 +45 paired with 225/45 tires and a 5mm spacer up front to clear the struts. I originally had Neuspeed Sport springs (1.6” drop) and had to raise the car with Tein H-Tech springs (0.8” drop) because the front was rubbing EVERYWHERE. I rolled the rears very slightly and luckily never had issues there.
Definitely not for everyone! I didn’t want to be basic with silver RPF1s like everyone else (not that there’s anything wrong with that), plus I love the white/gold look. Reminds me of white STIs with gold BBS wheels.
Just picked up a 09 si sedan cant wait to get building
So clean😍
Imma just play this video, the next time someone ask me what kind music I like 😅
Spicy unit 🔥💪🏼
Sounds good!!!👌👌Definitely looking forward to going fbo with my si

If you wanna keep it NA why not get some bigger cams? Even more HP 😏 might get close to 250hp+

Going down that route I'd rather tell someone to go forced induction either turbo or supercharger 👍🏻👍🏻

Wheel and tire specs? Suspension? Any rubbing?

How high were you revving and what altitude are you at?
What's your wheel size and tire size?

Do you have the Dyno sheet?
I’ve got it somewhere lying around, yeah.
Injectors? Plan on running 1000cc….
Mustard rims 🥴

@@Garrettskate 221whp/159wtq, mod list is in the description as well if you’re interested.
@@purseguets7339 do you know how much a hybrid racing 3.5" intake would make on a stock SI? and maybe a catback I don't want to change the header
