My wife owns a near 20 years old beetle cabriolet. What surprises me is how the folding roof still works perfectly after all those years. If fact, other than servicing and wear and tear, it’s never cost us a penny. Good car.
They are great cars. This car was used by a good friend, who is an editor for a uk car magazine, he did many tours to Spain etc with this car, and throughly enjoyed it. It was also very reliable. Thank you

i have new beetle 2008, but all interior plastics falling apart, easy to break, all in cracks.
That's not good for a car brand which is supposed to be me of the best in that department. I thought it would have been better. Sorry to hear about the quality of your plastics.
