That looked like so much fun at the spa. Years ago, before we moved to Tasmania my husband and I used to save all our coins into a big jar, and then once a year we would take the sum total of the jar ( one year it was $1500) and splurge on a 5-star weekend away to a swanky hotel or retreat and one of the nicest spa treatments I ever had was at the Star City Casino, where whatever they put on my face smelt so nice, I am sure it was edible!!! I fairly glowed after that treatment. (got chatted up by a bunch of guys in the lift on my way back to our room to meet my hubby for dinner) so in my book, it had been well worth the exorbitant cost!! The first chateau looked simply gorgeous but did scream money pit. You will find it guys.

Happy new year Denise and Brett, again congratulations on your engagement, the chateau was very large and with a demolished backside the workload would be long and hard, doing renovations is fine, and sometimes seems never ending, but what you don't want is a 10 year or longer restoration just getting it up and running. There are so many in France you will have a lot to choose from, Bordeaux is a lovely area and if you love wine..., so on to the next can't wait to see it. Love from N.Y.

Thank you Pat for asking. We love them so much and we do want the very best so they will stay on the farm where they belong and nothing will change for them. Only our dog Abby will come with us.
