Kōtare Kids Club Video - First of the spring babies

Kia ora Kōtare Kids Club members!
Here is a video compilation of a few of the baby wild birds rescued during the first month of spring, which have been brought to BirdCare Aotearoa for care.
The birds featured in this video are a kakīānau/black swan cygnet, rakiraki/mallard ducklings, manu pango/blackbird fledglings, pūkeko chicks, spur-winged plover chicks, and pūtangitangi/paradise shelducks ducklings. They will all be released back into the wild when they have grown up!
