Thank you for sharing! Roof life of Oregon seems dead set on getting their share of roof contracts and speaks negatively about these, you have a literal proof right in front of us thank you!!!
Its kinda like the septic guy who pumped my dads tank a long time ago tried to scare us into NOT using RidX because it will ruin the drain field! Thanks for watching
not questioning you and your cousins work but yah, you guys didn’t apply the zinc strip appropriately, you need more than just the zinc strip, add spray etc.. good job tho… nail zinc strip but i recommend also lay out zinc moss all over , go crazy lol, products are cheap brother
Yeah it was a while back with left over strip, I've done several roofs since then and applied full strips, even double layered about 15 foot down from the top on moss heavy roof
@@yaneponil1470 lol yah so you made a video judging zinc strip on OLD leftover strips?.. but i would personally apple better quality strips, if not then just have fun and spray, grain and or powder! go big lol
@@LiveBoysMusic copy that, yeah the zinc strip should last indefinitely if stored dry out of the sun, it's just a strip of clean zinc metal, I might go and see how that roof is looking these days

Excellent! The perfect accidental experiment. I'm sold.
Great video!
nice results
Why am I feeling sorry for the tiny little guy you raked off 😂
I understand this prevents moss but does the strip attract lightning because its a metal?
It does not. Zinc strip is laying on the roof, decouoled from earth and not grounded to the earth via wire etc.
Decoupled*
Haha that is a good concern!
Ti panemaesh veshi!
