Just to update you guys this video was very helpful. I’m 6’3 345. I was able to fit on the Blue Hawk, Dare Devil, kids Flash Cosmic Coaster, monster mansion, Great American Scream Machine. The Superman I was very close but couldn’t fit. The rest of the rides you can kinda tell if you’ll be able to fit or not. All the rides that come over the shoulder pretty much couldn’t fit
They must have REALLY stepped it up lately in the cleanliness department because the last time we went it was filthy! It’s my home park but it has been extremely disappointing over the last few years
This is my “home” park. I was there just a few days before you over spring break. A lot of the kids rides weren’t running. I’m excited to take my kids back. I really enjoy your content. I’m not a big person but I admire and applaud you for your work. I think a lot of people can benefit and not be so anxious knowing what rides they can and can’t ride. I was with someone once who couldn’t do the mine train coaster (mostly because his legs were too long) but it was embarrassing. I wish more parks were more welcoming or at the very least that every ride had a test seat. There are a lot of bigger people in the southeast and this is really the closest coaster park if you aren’t in Florida, so it’s surprising that so many failed.
I think this is a great video. I feel sixflags is secretly fat shaming ppl. I'm a bigger person and I've been bigger than i am now. I never had a problem fitting in any rice except looping starship when my boobs grew.. lol...I went almost every week to sixflags in 2019. I was able to fit in everything. I went back summer off 2020 and lost more weight and couldn't fit in superman. And i just heard batman just changed their seating too.
Atlanta has The Worst Customer Service at restaurants that I have experienced at any major city in the US. Waiting 2 hours for food is not even a rare incident in this city and yes the local people are rude. Hope your next park will be fun.
Awww, I hate that you didn't have that great of a time at Six Flags Over Georgia. I absolutely love it there. I love the layout, the scenery, the greenery, etc. Everything is usually in full swing during the late spring, summer, and fall months. Hopefully, you will return and have a much better experience 😊
SFOG is a great park to visit. But people are gonna still refuse to go there after the opening day shooting a month ago thinking it’s very ghetto and unsafe despite it being well maintained.
I went days after the shooting. The shooting happened in a parking lot off property. There are dingy parking lots “cheaper” that are not under Six Flags jurisdiction. There were so many police, police dogs, metal detectors, and security inside the park and all over the parking lot. I felt SAFE.
I wish you had a better experience at this park. I go there a lot and never thought about how difficult some rides can be to get on for some people. Either way I loved the energy you bring to these videos.
def not. I'm also like 300lbs. I went to six flags great adventure .. waited an hourrrrrr to ride El toro... I got front row seat... their like seat 1 isn't latching. I'm like fucckkkk my life.... like 3 people trying to push the hydraulic Harness down.. nope . they kicked me off, and I was walking with my head down.... girlfriend was waiting because she was too big to ride as well....she was like wow that was a quick ride I didn't even see the coaster go up... I'm like can we just go home 🥲

My friend who is plus sized could only ride Ninja, Viper, New Revolution, and x2. he was BARELY able to fit in tatsu, but was EXTREMELY uncomfortable. also Buccaneer was an easy fit but thats obvious lol (swinging pirate ship standard at most fairs)
I went a few days ago. Im 5'11" 290lbs. I was able to ride all of the coasters except Mine Train and Batman. Dare Devil Dive is about the only one I have not tried yet. BTW you butcher the pronunciation of Dahlonega
This gives me hope I am 280 and 5’10, I didn’t fit on mine train 5 years ago and haven’t even tried getting on a ride since I was 315 then. Trying again this week

Honestly, you're probably lucky that Scorcher was down... I rode it a few years ago, for the first time and had a near death experience! I'm 6"1, at the time was around 280 lbs and very broad shouldered. I fit in the seat just fine, but as the ride started the safety latch popped up. for the ENTIRE ride i was death gripping the bar down trying not to fall out and really thought I was about to become a ride statistic 😰... I'm guessing theres a 2nd measure of security that keeps the bar from going all the way up, but not knowing that, I was TERRIFIED!

I am so sorry that you were heckled. I know the feeling. My partner and his sister when I was first dating him (He's done a lot of inner work) heckled me all the time, put me down, and made fun of my size and what I could and couldn't do, compared to them.. I was 367 at the time, I got down to 270 then back to 343 where I am now.. but they weigh 114 and 154... and trust me, it sucks, being the one to sit there.. seeing them get on something and ride it while I'm the pack mule, holding all their things.. but the point is, They made fun of me non-stop.. I can't do 20000 steps like you can, I barely do 2000 because of my heart.. but I understand how you feel. It makes you just want to sink down into anything that's comforting.. like food and then you get worse. But I'm glad you're actually doing something about it and trying. People that heckle you, have their own demons to work through.. you're just the conduit they're using to show others just how awful a person they are. Jason, amusement parks and other businesses don't have to make accommodations for obese people. The fact is that u can lose the weight. If u want to ride the rides then this should be your wake up call to lose the weight. The rides have size and weight limits to them. There are rides that I would love to ride again but since I am 6'5" and around 235lbs. The seats don't necessary fit for me just like with Mindbender at SFOG.
I just went to six flags over GA and im 302 lbs with most of my weight in my thighs. I fit on Goliath and scream machine. Sure the fit on Goliath was very very tight but i enjoyed the ride. I found this video before I went and was worried I wouldn't fit on alot of the rides. But to my surprise since most of my fatness is in my thighs and waste area I can squeeze into a lot of rides without no issue. Some rides I didn't stand a chance in but others I was able to wiggle my way into. But the best advice i can give someone is use the test seats at the entrance. I know they seem like there their for looks but its actually for your safety and saves you from embarrassment. I used them and I was amazed I fit in most of them but some I stood no chance. It was just an extra initiative to get into shape so I can enjoy more rides.
The scream machine is very rough it is a wooden coaster so you have to be prepared to get jolted around very fast super fun i think its worth it , but if you have back or neck injuries i wouldnt recommend though
The train has texas on it as an homage to the very first six flags. Over georgia was second. A super fun and interesting history.l and what the original themes were. Some of it still remains at the older parks.
I was just there this past Saturday, and this one lady couldn't ride the dare devil because the lap guard wouldn't lock. She was in the 2nd row. She was mad too. The back of the bench on the train is horribly uncomfortable.
dont know if battle for metropolis is at all six flags but great america in illinois has it and yea that bar is very forgiving. although when i rode it with my wife the kid in teh row with us was literally just sat there with nothing because of me lol. which tells me that bar is really just there for compliance.
You told us that riddlers revenge at six flags over Texas passed, the only reason you couldn’t ride was because someone threw up. So you could’ve tried Pandemonium
Thanks for providing this info! I was 226 5' 9" and got kicked of Riddler's Revenge stand up coaster at 6 flags majic mountain after waiting over 1.5 hours. This year down to 207 and hopefully I fit. Felt like the joker laughed at me too. 😊

Other than stepping up with cleanliness, operations improved a lot. Dare Devil at one point had 60 second dispatches when I was there 3 weeks ago.

Six flags is one of the worst when it comes to plus size seating on rides. Cedar Fair is also horrible.

These videos are entertaining, but paying admission fees to not be able to ride 3/4 of the rides is sometimes painful to think about lol

My guess it was called the Texas because of the Great Locomotive Chase during the civil war. If you like history it’s worth looking up the story.

At least you can fit on something there, you were very close to the latch on Batman the ride. My size can fit, and still is on my bucket list.

I was just there this past Saturday, and this one lady couldn't ride the dare devil because the lap guard wouldn't lock. She was in the 2nd row. She was mad too.
The back of the bench on the train is horribly uncomfortable.
dont know if battle for metropolis is at all six flags but great america in illinois has it and yea that bar is very forgiving. although when i rode it with my wife the kid in teh row with us was literally just sat there with nothing because of me lol. which tells me that bar is really just there for compliance.

Thanks for providing this info! I was 226 5' 9" and got kicked of Riddler's Revenge stand up coaster at 6 flags majic mountain after waiting over 1.5 hours. This year down to 207 and hopefully I fit. Felt like the joker laughed at me too. 😊
