🙋♀️ | My name is Apple, and I moved to New York state a few years ago. I live with my grandmother. When we first came to the United States, we faced some language barriers, and because we weren't very attractive, we didn't have any dates. We were often teased at school because of our appearance.
🌤 | One day, I stumbled upon a channel and became obsessed with its funny storyline. During my summer break, I binge-watched all of their content and had a great time. I'm a big fan of that channel, and I often hit the like button and comment my thoughts and feelings within the community.

Yup, at the 5 minute mark, she would have been blocked and a message with screenshots shared with my brother explaining why I would not be attending his wedding 🤬😢

There is no way I would talk or text with Mary. She'd be blocked immediately.
The advantage to allowing her to text you is that you get proof of red flag behavior and opinions which you can show your brother before he ties the knot. Better to not marry someone bad than to have to divorce them after marrying because you find out what they are really like and it is awful. The masks come off after the honeymoon stage is over.
Edit: But in this case Mary takes off her mask before she is even married! I hope Cam (probably Cameron) decides not to marry this awful woman.

Right? Even if that story was only a couple minutes long I'd enjoy it more than these silly ones where OP allows them to be hateful towards her. Who in their right mind would do that?
My husband only got a GED. Before his class actually graduated. He isn't a CEO but takes great care of his family. Trade work can pay well. 6 figures plus and no student debts.
Trade school is a great option and we need to get back to promoting them. The “everyone needs a college education” attitude is stupid. Everyone is different. There are lots of kids that can’t sit in a classroom and learn but they are brilliant with working with their hands or with repairing things mechanically or great artists. And the world will always need electricians and plumbers! All of us have value.
@nannamoates2518….I went to all 4 years of high school. In 1977, my graduation year, I was 1 1/2 credits short. I couldn’t take the GED until I turned 18. I guess it was different back then. I took the test, it was easy, SAT’s were way harder. I went to college to become a Paramedic. I worked full time as a busy night shift medic for 15 years. During that time my Mother and myself opened two frozen yogurt 🍦 franchises. So I was pretty busy😂We closed one, but I managed the other one for ten years with a staff of 20. We were the the #1 store in our company after only two years. Now I’m 64 and retired. I did all that without a four year degree🙋🏽♀️💕
My step son graduated two colleges but it's hard to find a job with his degree right now. If he finds his job with his degree he has to move almost cross country.

@donnarupert4926 we are about your age. He found out Feb of senior year he had failed a required but foolish class as a freshman, and nobody noticed. Yeah, the 70s had odd requirements. That class had no summer school option, so he was expected to repeat another year for 48 minutes a day. And stay the full day, of course. He was already 18 with a full-time job, and immediately dropped out and got on the schedule for the test.
30:23 Aaaaaand there it is. The "Daughter of a CEO" cliche again. I wish there was a video where the family disowned the bad guy for how they mistreat people in general, not just secretly wealthy people. It always guts the impact of the story.
I call this trope the Secret Big Shot Offspring.

All these things are written to an Oriental formula that meshes badly if at all with Western social expectations. And to about a ninth-grade composition standard, if that high.
And Mary's parents sell her out because she's bad for business.
Mary would not admit to everyone that her behavior, insulting and bullying Cam's sister, caused Cam's entire family to reject her as a bride for Cam. She lied about it. Which upset everyone in both families even more. Mary did not become a bully overnight. She was always one. No one ever exposed her before for the horrible person she was on the inside.
First nasty statement and I shut her down and forward screenshots of her texts to all concerned. This kind of narcissist never changes.

Very high quality dialogues. Mary was too immature. But did not deserve a virtual death penalty but just a way to reform and repent. Her lover and her parents failed her utterly. Cam could have kept her under probation! He could have at least given her option that included respect to his sister or else, out.

I was annoyed with with that and " my family is sick/powerful" or the main character is.
