You need graphics card for video editing, this will work but won’t be so quick.

I think it's normal DDR3 ram. Any RAM should work.

Yes one slot is there, but power supply wouldn't support higher end graphics card, so please do research before buying.

No you can't, USB C is only for Data. With future updates you never know.
