I can not wait to finally buy halo CE from the MCC for a long time I was interested in the speedrun and had practiced in the original version which is the only one I have, but for my recent entry into this world of speedrun I barely knew basic tricks and wanted to start practicing the advanced, and thank God that you upload Chronos, Here in Latam there is not much talk about speedruners but boy have I heard from you and how you have discovered some impressive tricks, and now I appreciate that you share all that knowledge with us :D PD Sorry for the English use translator
This is quality work. I am concerned that I won't be able to do this. I am on Xbox and doing the LASO playlist so I only have 4 grenades going into this fight. Any sugestions?
It should be possible to do on xbox, quite a bit harder though overall. Instead of plasma grenades, when you spawn into the room you should have enough time to shoot a few clips of AR bullets into the wing instead. However, this trick is more difficult than just killing the grunts in the hangar fight on LASO, so I would recommend playing it that way.
@@ChronosReturns Yeah thanks man. I appreciate the reply and the video. I was watching Halo Completionist and his way of clearing the room didn't seem too difficult. He mentions you can skip this room but that the juice isn't worth the squeeze. I appreciate the honesty from you. I hope you keep making videos like this. They are solid, GG.
@Chronos Okay I was just wondering because I can get the TP into the ceiling but miss the landing everytime which is why I thought I might be missing the landing Edit: I play toggle crouch
It should only affect any lineups that are on the edges of the screen. Anything using the reticle or in the middle of the screen should be pretty much the same as before, but it might look very slightly different. But the trick should be able to be done either way with small adjustments.
FOVs will affect them slightly by a few pixels. If you're using the PP for lineups at max POV, you may want to aim a few pixels up, for example. However, you're generally still looking at the same area of the screen.

At 1:17 it says to keep crouching until you are inside the wing. Are you supposed to uncrouch while moving left when inside the wing?
I'm pretty sure either way works, I do it while crouched while moving left.
