That game was closer than those first two battle rounds would suggest, but the Slaanesh army failed to capitalize on their speed advantage. I bet it was a good learning experience for the Slaanesh guy! And cool models too!
Fun to see Big Waaagh! on the table, and Daniel was a great guest! One thing I noticed for Matthew, Krondspine only adds 1 to wizards that are bonded to it, it subtracts 1 from any other wizard within domination range. So the Killa boss with arcane tome would be -1 to casting, not +1. Just a small nit pick for future games!
Another note on slaanesh; as far as I know the exploding 6's is just normal 1 extra hit in addition. It is worded weirdly though so easy confusion. If the unit is 20+ models it's double exploding.
Ravenak's Gnashing Jaws was done incorrectly....not sure if that's the old rules, but it's supposed to be if your move roll was higher than the move characteristic of the unit it passed over or is 1" away, it deals the DIFFERENCE in MWs...so if those are painbringers like I think they are, that would have been 8MWs not 3
Is this the new Gnashing jawz? If so, then the mortal wound rolls are only meant to be the difference in movement speed not the outcome of the initial movement roll. Right?
Good bat rep, but please correct your battle plan screen, text says batteplan and it frustrates me 😄. It is smth that if you see it, you cant unsee it.
choking mist doesn't actually stick around, you just pick a point, apply the effect to the units near it and the effect remains on those units until your next hero phase. Easy to misread it.
Interesting read on that. I’m not sure if you’re right though. It could be read both ways. All the units within 6” are affected until your next hero phase. Does it mean the units within 6” at the time of casting, or just units within 6” of it at any time. I’m not actually sure which it is now.
@@miniwargaming units within 6 at the time of casting are affected and the effect last till your next hero phase but the mist it self does not stay meaning there is no for example units that move thru the mist in a later stage of the turn will be affected as well type scenario
@@miniwargaming I at first read it the way you used it, that the area persisted and affected anything in that persistent area, but once it was pointed out to me it does make more sense that the area happens and the effect on the units is persistent. Either way, pot grots are still companions and companions are treated as mounts and mounts don't get venom encrusted weapons, that much I'm certain of. :)
I think it was pretty brutal of Matt to bring a Friggin Krondspine against a newer player. That was ruthless man, I am starting to think Matt just likes to bully guests the second an army he likes gets something powerful.
That great part about playing the hedonites, even if you don’t enjoy the butt whipping you get in the game, your army sure did.
Amen!

Love these age of sigmar battle reports! Recently started collecting Ironjawz and can´t wait too get a big green tide going! Great video as always :D

Hey, Boneaplittaz! Great armies, thanks for the report🤗
WOW that board! One of your best, so amazing!
Tap out hasn’t existed since like 2015. That’s commitment there 😂.
Lovely guy, always in a good mood!
Thoses armies looks so cool !!
That Slanesh army would only be 1710pts after the update!! Badly needed!
Fun looking armies!

The Mirror actually doesn’t move. It casts and is stationary until dispelled/recast
I believe it moves 6 inches. But it’s been a while.
It moves 6". It's a predatory spell, same with the other 2 Slaanesh spells
@@chrisduddridge4219 Just double-checked the warscroll and the mirror doesn't actually have "predatory".
If it moves then I've been playing it wrong. I don't see Predatory or a move Characteristic on the warscroll.
@@BrutalDamage I’ve seen two warscrolls for it. One says predatory, 6” move and flying, one doesn’t
🤓Matthew was so mean!🫣 The guy so sad… 🥺

How did he manage to get 2000 points for the orruks I did the math he would have to be about 2005pts

I agree also when he fought with it at 33:51 he picked up a cocked dice and counted it as a hit.
49:20 lol
I can't stand how much Kronsdpine is getting used in battlereports now, it's so repetitive and looks jammed into lists it doesn't fit
