damn im from tulsa and never seen this place. im used to utica where the dr's mostly live. the LA vibe is nice!!!

Just past casia hall, driving south love the old huge houses off utica between 23-25th-31st the lady that built the huge house that devorsed harold hamm she has like 8 fireplaces its somewhat newer but nice!!
South and east peripherals of Tulsa, large unusual mansions and beautiful neighborhoods, and they are still going up

How is this only 6 Mil? In California this would cost 20Mil Maybe because Cali has all year good weather I guess
You can build “cheap” out here. You get a whole lot more bang for your buck.
Our weather definitely isn’t like Cali, it is very bipolar lol.
Another big difference is the land. You can get 150 acres in all sorts of cool places where that seems to be extremely rare anywhere coastal.

This walled property was once a SINGLE FAMILY property. The owner forfeited all (think Enron Scandal) while he was constructing his nirvana/after spending millions on the wall. The 20+/- acre walled property was then cut into 20 parcels which provided the residences exclusivity. (At this size/these are not principle residences). The lake is not a water feature, it was demanded by the city engineers as a storm water retention pond. Had it not been required they wouldn't have wasted that for water but another house.
This manual mansion isn't worth 5.7 ml, more like 3.5 ml... Wayyyyy Over priced
