About prodigies and music... Fortunately I think for the most part of people, matter the beauty of melody, how it touch the soul. Not the virtuosity of the interpreter. For me, it's totally a lack of sense, in this case, focusing "the tree leaves" when we need to see the entire forest. Or listen. :-)
