We are conceived from the love of a man and a woman for each other. As a new individual we get the idea we are sexually one or the other. In reality we are still both. The obvious one, assigned by sex, manifests itself in the conscious mind and is tasked with the suppression of its partner to the subconscious mind. This is what causes gender dysphoria. It's a primary schizophrenia, in which half of the person is ignorant of its other half. For the MTF the remedy is to collapse the false male ego, consign it to the past, and actualize as a conscious female. SRS and HRT are a tragic mistake.
