  • On November 24, Lee Harvey Oswald was handcuffed between Jim Leavelle and fellow detective L. C. Graves as he was being led through the basement of the Dallas Police Headquarters to an armored car that was to take him from the city jail to the county jail. Jack Ruby emerged from the crowd and shot and mortally wounded Oswald at point-blank range. Leavelle would later state that when Ruby fired and Oswald screamed "Oh!" and slumped to the floor, "I had to go down with him because I was handcuffed to him. ...Graves had grabbed his gun and was wrestling the gun away from him." Leavelle and Graves carried Oswald into the basement level jail office where Oswald was attended by Frederick Bieberdorf, a medical student on duty. Oswald was placed onto an ambulance to be driven to Parkland Memorial Hospital, the same hospital where President John F. Kennedy had died two days earlier. Leavelle and Graves, along with Bieberdorf, rode in the ambulance. Bieberdorf said that several blocks before reaching the hospital, Oswald started thrashing about, resisting Beiberdorf's efforts of heart massage and attempting to free an oxygen mask over his mouth. Oswald died at Parkland.
Leavelle gave interviews in which he said he saw Ruby emerge with the gun and that he had jerked Oswald by his trousers to pull him behind him when the shot was fired. He noted Graves wrestling with Ruby and that Ruby was "still trying to snap the pistol". He also said he tried to talk to Oswald on the floor of the jail office but that Oswald never answered him. He also said he had known Ruby before and "had recognized him" as he emerged from the crowd. Leavelle later transferred Ruby to the county jail on November 25.

Over the years he continues to add to this story!
Jim’s Chief of police said very FEW of his department officer EVER knew Ruby or visited his club, when in fact there’s evidence that mark lane showed from rubys bartender & piano man that every night there were cops in there drinking, & Ruby said NOT to charge them any money…
How many of these demons were masons including the chief clown Capt Will Fritz..who interviewed Oswald didn’t record it or have a stenographer to capture everything that Oswald said…the biggest killing to ever happen in Dallas/ or the country & Fritz took no notes…
Another clown was Sgt Pat Dean… definitely a Masonic clown & helped to cover up Oswald’s death…
Anyone realize another demonic clown is still alive today…Ruth Payne
Who fingered & lied about Oswald…according to some?

Those files will be or have been purged! They won’t tell us anything new!
Let’s all admit your demonic government killed / covered up & took part in Jfks death
Clint Hill is still alive & was NO hero
Was he complicit in jfks death?
He was more worried about protecting Jackie then jfk…he saw there was ZERO protection for JFK
Vince Palamara write a book called Survivors guilt & it triggered Hill so much he has to write a book to counter Vince…Hill if u read this…confess that you were never a hero & tell the people exactly what JFKs head wounds looked like…you were standing over his dead body, u said the back of his head was blown out…then tell us that those photos of JFKs head were doctored, as they show his head in tact…?
Hill you are a disgusting clown..fess up as 1 day soon u will give an account of your life before Christ..
There have been books written that said the night before into the mourning of the assassination that secret service agents were drinking on duty & that two firemen were left outside jfks hotel room as his security? While agents were getting drunk…where were u at?
Maybe that’s why u cried on 60 mins years later, because of guilt & your reaction time to shots being fired,
      You were helpless?
But looking back at the video, u said if only u could have gotten to the car faster..makes no sense
You were never told to guard JFK
In fact you ran toward her side of the rear of the car, how could u have ever shielded the president?

Interestingly, despite the fact that there were over a hundred photographers present in the basement of the Dallas Police Station, there is absolutely no published film or photograph whatsoever that clearly shows the face of the shooter; this is because the police had seized every bit of film. The reason why you will never find a photograph or film clip that clearly shows the face of Ruby shooting Oswald, or any photograph or film clip that shows Ruby in the crowd of over a hundred news crews and photographers is that Ruby was not there, and the police or FBI destroyed any film that showed the face of the actual shooter because he was one of them.

@@dustyflair You would have to be very naive to think the Cops didn't know Ruby. 1) he had a record, in Narcotics, Gambling and Prostitution. 2) His Bar manager stated that 50% of the force knew him. (They all drank for free at his clubs) 3) He was in the Department all weekend. He was present when they presented Oswald to the press, even got to ask him a question posing as a member of the Press. He was present When D.A. Wade spoke to the Press. (He would later lie about knowing him as he also was a regular at the Carousel.) Ruby even corrected him on the pronunciation of the "Fair Play for Cuba Committee." 4) He actually "Catered" the Assassination bringing sandwiches, potato salad and celery tonic to the Department on Friday Night. He even repeated the stunt on Saturday for the Press. He was known to have co-signed on their home loans. Which makes me wonder about Tippit. Tippit made only $400.00 and change a month as a patrol officer. He had two house mortgages. He was seen the day before the Assassination in a local Diner having coffee with Ruby. Did Ruby help him finance his home? How close were they? At the Tippit Murder Scene he was parked directly in front of his Mistress's home who also worked at the same Diner that Tippit worked at part time as a Security guard. Was he there meeting someone on 10th? This is typical Mob 101 kind of stuff when you had a corrupt Police Department. This is how Ruby got access.

He said he saw Ruby step towards Oswald and when he did, he pulled Oswald causing him to turn slightly so the shot hit him on the side instead of straight on.

Bob Huffacker proved one thing, and that is you don’t have to be too bright to be a journalist. JFK was murdered on Friday, November 22, 1963. Huffacker a local reporter covered it. For 48 hours, Lee HARVEY Oswald’s name’s was plastered from Maine to Moscow to Maui and back to Maine. And everyone knew his name, Lee HARVEY Oswald. Yet this idiot reporter after Ruby shot LHO, was reporting on live television that Lee HAROLD Oswald was shot. How stupid can you really be? One may wonder why I’m being so hard on him. He wrote a book on the media coverage of the assassination. It was very insightful and I enjoyed reading it. But then towards the end of the book, he started trashing Fox News. Fox News? Why was he attacked Fox News in a book about the Kennedy assassination? Fox News didn’t exist until nearly 35 years after November 1963. That’s why I thought this man was an idiot.

The armored car was too big to clear the ramp entrance to the basement. It would have required a long walk to reach from the exit. So it was decided to use the armored car as a decoy and transport Oswald in n unmarked car.

@@KevinBalch-dt8ot I watched a CBS video of the armored car backing into the basement driveway, it just fills the opening, not allowing anyone to pass. This was about 1/2 hour before they brought Oswald down. There were 2 live CBS video cameras at this event, one outside at the garage entrance, and one facing the elevator in the basement. The announcer did not indicate that they had switched vehicles, that would have been easily spotted by the camera crews.

Oswald was killed as part of the coverup. Ruby was 100% MOB.

    • @stddisclaimer8020
      @stddisclaimer8020 24 дня назад +1

@Jasona1976 There is no evidence for anything you write. Ruby was not part of nor connected to the mob. The HSCA investigated that angle and found he had mob acquaintances in the course of running night clubs, but he was not in any way a mobster, and he did not shoot Oswald "as part of a coverup." Oswald was interrogated and able to talk freely for over two days. He would have been "silenced" a whole lot sooner had there been any "coverup."
A stamped receipt proves Ruby was at a Western Union office only 4 minutes before shooting Oswald, whose transfer had been unpredictably delayed. And Jack went and left his beloved dog “Sheba” in his car. Does that sound like somebody sent to kill Oswald?
Hopefully it is recognized how spur-of-the-moment, serendipitously and totally unpredictably the real events unfolded to be part of any kind of "planned' action. That idea is ridiculous on its face.
