There's so much to like about this video. The decency of Matt and the fighters, the outside location in the countryside and its atmosphere - it was like taking a step back in time; I could hear Men Without Hats, Safety Dance in my minds ear while watching the proceedings... , the wholesome sense of community, the enterprise of the food/drink vendor - something which could expand into a market day opportunity, the fight itself despite its brevity and the reaction of the crowd.... a great viewing.

Someone as big and heavy as him in order go get 'fitter' improve his cardio engine he should stay away from rumning on roads as that would destroy bis ankle, knee and hip joints. Tendons......get him on a bike. And the extremely under rated rowing machine, remember cardio is king and always will be 👍

@universesixhit642 haha I'm an ex doorman of 25 years - worked in security front line for 30 years - and did MMA for 15 years, and also competed in Combat Jiu-Jitsu in my younger years. Been in more Real street confrontations than I can remember: my point is as an older man now - Ego fighting is futile and will get you in trouble or badly injured. Value your health, and most of the time if it kicks off walk away.

It’s interesting to note the humility fighters have when they say they are nervous, because, that’s where the courage comes from. It’s not courage if you’re not nervous/anxious for this is where courage comes from. Reminds me of a comment made by Sugar Ray Leonard, who said that sometimes he was getting ready to go out to the ring for a fight but didn’t want to because he “…..didn’t feel like fighting that night….”
