I would like to make it clear that whenever I said Miles and Peter are the same character but a different race, i was referencing to the fact that they are both Spider-man. I was not trying to say that they have the same story or are same in who they are as people, i meant that they are both Spider-Man and neither should be treated differently because one is a different race.
Very true I agree with alot of you points in this and it's great that you did something that most people apart of the fan film community are afraid to do or call out as we all just love spiderman and want to show our creations with one another, all I would say is that I feel as if you maybe could've explained a bit more with the miles and peter being the same character I understand some people could maybe be offend but a comment such as that which wasn't the intention I understand but you could've explained it a bit more but great video can't wait for you fan film
Thank you :) And i realized after the video being posted how i didnt really go into detail with that point which is how it can be taken the wrong way. I pinned a comment trying to explain it, hopefully you can understand more what i am trying to say :)
I agree! Believe it or not, way back in 2020 when I was creating my very first Spider-Man fan film (Spider-Man: Stealth Mission), I was originally going to include Spider-Woman into the final battle because I wanted to do things differently, and show off another awesome spider character! It was so close to happening, but the actress was unavailable at the time, and I also realised that it wouldn't really work for the story, so I ended up stopping it there. Maybe in the future I might just be the director and make some sort of Spider-Woman film, who knows at this point! - Another thing I agree with is the overuse of Green Goblin. He's such a great villain, but there are also many other interesting characters that can be shown off, which is why I decided to use Chameleon and Slyde (as well as an original villain) in my previous two films. - One point I'd like to make about fan films as well is: I think a lot of people believe that a super strong story line is the only thing that makes a Fan Film good. Which yes, a decent story line is important, but I feel like as long as the tense scenes, acting, and fighting keeps people engaged and you just wanna make a fun movie, then that's what matters! Go for it! As long as it's just enjoyable :)
Justin out here spitting 100% facts! I would’ve loved to see Spider-Woman in one of your films but i completely get that it wasn’t gonna work at the time! :)
I really agree on all of the points given here, though I'd like to give my own thoughts on the villain side of things since it's something I've definitely noticed too. Another villain aside from Osborn that I think gets used a bit too much (though I do like them so I can't complain) is Shocker, though I understand why it's the case. He's an easy one to replicate in a fan-film, a well loved character, and his motivations are easy to explain considering he's just doing what he does to get by, but I feel like there are plenty of other characters who would be fairly easy too but rarely ever get used. As you've already pointed out, Chameleon wouldn't be too hard to pull off but is seldom ever seen (I've seen a fair bit of Kraven but you can never have too much Kraven.). Two other villains that I would personally like to point out as relatively easy to do and similar to ones done fairly often are Electro (Unless you *really* want him to fly he'd be fairly simple suit aside. His electric effects can be replicated with fairly basic visual effects akin to how some fan films pull off Spider-Man's webs or Shocker's blasts.), and Hobgoblin (Who's very similar to Green Goblin in appearance so can be made in a very similar way) Most of the mob boss type dudes (except for probably Tombstone) wouldn't be too difficult to pull off either --Though honestly Hammerhead is like, the least interesting Spider-Man villain imo so Kingpin is generally preferable-- As for villains who I would consider the most difficult, absolutely Mysterio (unless you have money for a durable enough acrylic bowl and can either commission or create really convincing CGI effects for his illusions), Carnage (You'd need a lot of tentacle bits that would either need to be CG or moved with strings, and probably a ton of gore effects to fully pull off the character), and Swarm (As he's a living swarm of thousands of individual bees, which would basically *need* to be CG animated completely in order to make work) Really though any villain, even the ones I've mentioned as most difficult can be pulled off so long as one can find an easy enough solution to make it work. I'd love to see someone take a crack at these more difficult villains, if anyone ends up doing a convincing Mysterio in a fan film on a low budget and can pull it off without using too much CG that would be really cool!!! Another thing that I want to add as far as villains go. Never be afraid to give attention to a lesser used character. If you've got an idea of how to make The Lizard, why not try it with Stegron instead? If you can do Sandman, maybe try Hydroman or Molten Man? A fan film giving 'The Spot Treatment' to some other lesser used villains that have untapped potential would be really cool and might even help one's fan film stand out amongst the crowd.
I really appreciate you watching my video and taking time out of your day to write a comment with this much detail. I would love to see some of the villians you mentioned here in future films!! :))
I totally agree with you it would be great to see more fan films which involves like Spider-Woman, Ghost-Spider, Silk etc and 100% it would be great to include underrated villains, the fan film i'm working the main antagonist will be Carnage
Also I think people need to stop trying to make movies beyond their means. They need to focus on telling a story they can reasonably achieve within their budget instead of cutting corners
Heyo, that’s awesome well done on the subscribers! Thank you for the offer but i think i’ll have to pass for now. However, keep going with your youtube journey!!
I'm just tired of seeing the same tropes and cliches used over and over. Like shocker always being used as a joke character. Or reusing the same storylines we've seen in the movies.
@@Overdrive_StudiosI think they says that because avi love selling toys. He cares about selling toys more than movie quality. In sam raimi’s spider-man 3. He forced venom into the story just so he can selling toys😂

I do agree there’s definitely a lack of spider people variants like with spider punk can’t wait for your spider woman fan film.
Thank you😁

I'm writing a fan film at the moment so I'll take notes! I currently have my main villain as Shocker!
Awesome stuff! 😁

Cool video

Hey there! I’m pretty much at the same subscriber count as you are! What do you think about teaming up?

i agree with you, i’d like to see people try to switch things up and try new storylines we havent seen before
They should protest against AVI ARAD and his involvement in Sony's Marvel movies
#AviAradOut
