Just a simplified version for myself 1.A bunch of Garlic, pepper, parsley. 2.Boil spaghetti with added salt 3.pour about 1/3 cup cooking oil (virgin olive) and cook over medium heat until garlic turn golden 4. Put in drained spaghetti 5. Add parsley 6. More salt Stir and done.
I like how you take your time to chop, cook and edit the video and it's still a short video. Other youtubers would chop and edit the hell out of this and and leave you back with the feeling bus just rolled over you.
Tried this recipe with added mushroom and dried meat. Soooo yummy. Not greasy or dry at all. It was a delicious lunch. Definitely making it again with different ingredients. Thank you 😍
Hi! Nice! I tried making aglio e olio once... don't remember how it went. I haven't eaten chili in a long time... you reminded me now about it... i just don't like spicy food. It was a very pedagogical video. I appreciate it! Let's see if i will make it soon! I would love to! 🦄🕊🕊🕊🦔

This looks really good - would like to try it with spaghetti squash. Also, the music is very pleasing to the ears. Who is the artist and what's the name of the song.
Our professor taught us that when cooking pasta you should not drain it just get it on the pot and directly put it in your sauce even if its dripping with pasta water
Nice! I've been doing that recently. I felt it was the logical thing to do instead of draining it and then adding some pasta water to the dish. I think it saves time, no extra washing up and I reuse the pasta water twice. I throw the rest away after the second time. I normally cook my pasta for 4 minutes then switch off the flame. I let the pasta to continue to cook in the hot pasta water for the remaining time. I find that the pasta isn't overcooked by the time the dish is completed.
You're absolutely correct. I would've stopped cooking the pasta 2-3 minutes before al dente and transferred the pasta (undrained/dripping wet) to the pan and finished the pasta there, adding pasta water as needed. Also, this person recommended that a glass cutting board should have been used. I disagreed. Chao from the Colombian Andes and several other countries.
Garlic is so delicate and cooks so fast, start on low heat and turn it lower/ off before it’s bubbling too much ! Me too I learned from practicing and error 😅😅
Wonderful video but the music is like music for a funeral cortege in The Godfather😕

Can you tell me why you put garlic and pepper slices at cold temperature?
this is the way I was taught ...and sometimes if we made Parm. Chicken the left over mix went in the pasta as well...nothing to waste.
Hi friends spaghetti aglio your cooking looks delicious and special 😊
will it still taste the same when using cooking oil instead of olive oil?
Of course not. Olive oil has a totally different taste and smell than cooking oil. But I don't think it will taste bad.
Delicius taste yummy and exellent
