Comes without instructions on how to detach and fill the reservoir. Reservoir attached with flimsy plastic latch.

Is it not attaching to the pick or not charging the battery, check that there is no film in the way and that you have power if not you might have a faulty unit

It won’t show any charging action until the battery is depleted enough to do so. So run the battery dry
