@yomamasapeach yes of course. It does not matter if you travel supersonic, because "the speaker" relative speed to the plane is 0. You would not realise anything in the air. Same noises etc. you just arrive to the destination a little bit earlier :) And you burn 30t of kerosin per hour.

@yehoshua2123 Yes, I forgot to mention this effect. But one correction. It is only true on other way around, so from england to NY. So if you leave London 1200LT 3 hours flight when you arrive London 1500LT, NY -6 hours so you leave 0600NY LT, arrive 0900NY LT.

@16hypen3sp Operating cost vs. revenue. One ticket would be many times the price of a regular one due to Concorde being a relatively small plane. In short: It's not worth it financially.
