I'm pretty sure the reason it's useful is because sometimes enemies can come at you from all angles, especially in challenges. It's not really about aiming skill. Aiming skill issue would've been spinning and still not hitting any enemies lol
no it’s not,but it won’t be in 5.0 maybe in later patches because the world level will be able to be increased to lvl 9 so logically the character should get an upgrade in lvl 9.
