honestly i've never seen the community to be so obsessed with a killer. i'm still tryin to figure out if it's because he's really good or because people want him to be really good
Nurse is pretty good at using a great number of perks. She loves exposed, slowdown, basic attack perks, aura reading, gen info. There are some perks that she does not really need I guess - vault perks and anti-pallet perks are kind of pointless and stealth is pointless with how loud she is. I do wonder if her versatility is because she is so powerful - doesnt matter what you run if you can win running no perks anyway.
It's also to do with the fact that she is one of the only killers that can use on-hit perks with her power (which make no sense xd), which is why she has this "versability". It's also because her power just throws any game mechanic out of the window

2nd match there was possibly fast vaults but most of the explosions in the beginning was someone saboing a lot of hooks with jakes perk and probably a tool box
I would note that stealth perks, like tinkers or plaything actually work rather well for wesker too, he's large terror radius can be used to great effect with the perks you mentioned in the first build, but it's also an important balance tool, which removing can give you a huge lead in starting chases much closer than he was balanced for - more so than any other killer in the game. It helps that his model looks a bit like a survivor, so without any terror radius it can mind game people a little and get them to take an extra second or two longer to react to you approaching even more so than they already would be delayed by a lack of heartbeat for other killers.
It's because his power is dynamic. You can constantly use it and get value, and it has multiple outcomes from how you use it, as well as the ability to move survivors around the map which is unique.

6:10 - You don't hit Survivors already on the other side of the vault. Just ones mid vault. And you can body block a bit, but you moved to get an angle on him and gave him an angle to vault. The explosions in the 2nd game were probably the Jake breaking hooks for his tome.
You do hit survivors on the other side of the vault though as long as they're close enough (which is about the distance for it to give you vault prompt as survivor), the Dwight likely just accidentally found a weird Midwich locker crevice that counted as him not being within range. But yeah, Tofu did move and gave him the angle to vault within his cooldown.
Sorry to burst your bubble, but wesker can hit survivors on the other side of the pallet, and I know because it happened to me. if a survivor stays infront of the pallet as wesker finishes vaulting it, it will infect and injure/down the survivor as if the survivor was vaulting when hit by the power.

That dwight jumping over the god pallet in Midwich was doing a trick. I've read the patch notes too and saw the thing about them apparently fixing the "vault behind wesker" tech as well. But all I know is that apparently you can still do that, but I havent tested it too many times. The only time I got it to work so far was on accident, and at that exact same midwich pallet.
Maybe not perk-variety wise, but think Twins would be most versatile in terms of play styles. Can stealth with Irr add on, area-control 3-4 gens/basement/exit gates, + tremendous snowball potential like Oni/Plague, +long range snipes with victor have a similar satisfaction as cross-map hatchet throws.
You forgot pointing out stealth perks (plaything/tinkerer/trail of tormant) and how effective they are as well. Wesker is very silent without his TR, slim and not tall at all, being quite difficult to spot through some loops.
Dwight avoiding the hit at the Pallet on Midwich is difficult to pull off. Basically you need to walk at the pallet immediately (through lag) once the tentacle retract cooldown starts.
I wouldn’t say that weskers can use any kind of perk and still play effectively. Mainly the basic attack perks. The slowdown that he gets from his infection mechanic is INSANE. And unlike other powerful statues like exposed or broken, hindered CANT be „outskilled“ if a skilled survivor is exposed they can just loop well until the exposed wears of. Same thing with broken. However hindered doesn’t work like that. If a survivor is hindered, not only are they effectively exposed against weskers POWER, but the also move so unbelievably slowly that getting into a chase while fully infected is an absolute death sentence. And the only way to get infection is by using you’re m2 on survivors, which is why, even if you’re directly in front of a survivor, you’ll still want to use you’re m2. It makes basic attack perks obsolete with weskers. And it isn’t a very hard to use you’re m2 when you’re close to survivors, infact after just a few (maybe 3) matches you’ll be able to force the m2 almost every single time. Still he is very versatile, he gets use from aura reading perks thanks to his speed, and if he has the exposed status effect thanks to stuff like hex: devour hope, he can easily rush right next to the survivor and hit them with a basic attack (most survivors won’t be smart enough to intentionally run into his virulent bound attack). And chase perks are still useful on him.
Imo good Weskers don’t use their basic attacks as often they usually wanna bound you even if they’re close to get their infection off, the only perk that I don’t recommend fr is jolt
i challanged myself to do perkless m2 only wesker and i ended up on lerrys, was pretty miserable but somehow got the 4k thanks to a few mistakes on the survivors end
It’s one of those things that resident evil doesn’t really show off clearly about Wäscher. you know the fact that his coat isn’t actually leather, It’s actually made of some Steph plasticky rubber. So it more easily gets caught on the environment. you might think that wearing the police uniform changes that, But no, Because Wäscher likes to imagine that he’s wearing the trenchcoat all the time even when he isn’t, and it’s such a strong delusion that he still gets caught on the environment. It’s honestly his one weakness don’t you know.

Thats what many ppl experience nowadays since there is a ton of cheaters and hackers in the game for a while now! The way Otz encounters cheaters on survivor side is basically how I encounter cheaters on Killer side. I have faced so many Killers using cheats and hacks lately that i also get bored of playing the game. Spending more time in que then in a game cause the games are unplayable. The Devs really need to fix their game and bring back what ppl enjoy instead of making the game worse and worse with every patch they release. DbD has never been in a worse state then it is now. 2016 DbD was more fun then what we have now. The Community is more toxic then ever before. BHVR really did an awful job on dbd for the last 1-2 years and they keep going that direction.
Gonna be real: I think Wesker is probably the strongest Killer in the game OVERALL. I specify overall because Nurse and Blight are OK at all levels, but broken at high levels. Wesker is just REALLY good everywhere
I think in your last game there was a hacker there’s no way all those notifications were just fast vaulting and they finished an unusual amount of gens for the amount of people still in the game
You make a compelling argument as to why Wesker is more versatile than Myers... but I'm still going with Myers. Aside from a Tier 1 Jump Scare Build.... Myers can make use out of any perk in the game... and his base power and add-on combos can drastically change a game. And lets not even mention if he's carrying a little Tomestone chunk in his back pocket. But FTR.... Starstruck is absolutely BONKERS on Stealth Killers... all of them. Not a Stealth Killer on the roster you can't get Starstruck Value with. I'd even argue it's better on Stealth Killers. Starstruck/Iron Grasp/Awakened Awareness/BBQ will make your Stealth Killer absolutely horrifying.
I think Wesker is so versatile because his power isn't perk or add-on reliant. Are they nice and helpful to have? Yes. Are they necessary to have a successful game? Absolutely not.
I asked on the official forums why people DC on purpose, a bunch of replies are basically to say F**K you to the killer, they aren't going to let you get the 4K ego boost you don't deserve.
Even though they are giving the 4K by doing that anyway, since DC's are counted in game as a 3 hook and kill. Meaning they are DCing for the narcissistic delusion that they didn't die. Lmfaooo. Bunch of 🤡🤡🤡

Whiskers seems like a side graded nurse to me. He can't go through walls but he moves 115 and he's dangerous in his entire blink range equivalent.
