I played training mode and was surprisingly very good with her. I know, training mode is easy, but I don't want to go the high risk with real players. I used her blinks more than ever, I got kills without hooking. I'm proud of myself.
I am rank 20 and I got all the survivors in my 3 match with nurse. I don't know how I did it, seriously but at my 2 match I got two survivors hooked and one dead xD. I really want to thank this guy for making a tutorial like this! It really helped :))
@a random youtube channel Idk if the computer game has one, but DBD mobile has a training mode. You can practice your survivor or killer there. Great for nurse, but the game right now still has major problems. Haven't played it for 2 months since you couldn't play it at all. I now suck at nurse again.

I'm much better now but there is definitely a phase where you think you figured it out then you have to eat your words 😂
I know this is an older video, but something I figured out to help you not lose track of survivors during fatigue, is to look up beforehand. The camera drop is relative to how high you're looking, so if you look up before fatiguing the camera will drop to the perfect angle to see what the survivors are doing.
I know it's an older comment but apparently, that was possible due to a bug. They have recently fixed it. you won't be able to look up during a fatigue any more
It took me two weeks of being crushed to acquire the muscle memory. It should be noted that she is plagued by several bugs and some maps (the Japanese ones especially) have dead-zones where the power doesn't work.
Nurse is probably the most buggged thing in the entire game right now. And it gets worse with every patch. At this point its just not worth playing her anymore.
They've been slowly patching Yamaoka, but two problem spots are the stairs and the raised hut. It is literally impossible to blink on the shrine stairs and the hut base has invisible edges that stop your blinks.
I also recommend running *Monitor & Abuse* on Nurse, or *Dark Devotion* (my build: BBQ, Nurse's, *[ ],* Shadowborn) 12:27 You can also look to the right, but blink to the left, to fake survivors going right.
I say if it works for you... use it. What difference does it make if you are "dependent" on it? When you want to play with other builds, have fun with it. But when you want a 4k... you always have your go to perk. Shadowborn basically shuts down a survivors ability to pull off 360's, window jukes, corner jukes... you name it. Nothing wrong with using it if it helps you get the job done. EVERY killer main streamer uses Pop goes the weasle... would you not say they are dependent on it?
This is a really good comparison. Stridor on Spirit is VERY strong, but you definitely do become reliant on it. Which is the same as shadowborn on Nurse. I honestly think people should just try about half their games with it, and without it while learning, and then make a decision based on how much you like it.
TY SO MUCH. First round I was using her so wrong I was always in fatigued state, i did so bad that I didnt kill a single person and I rage quit the game. Watched this video, I STUDIED this damn video and on my 2nd game killed 3 people hung everyone at least once , and last survivor escaped through secret hatch. I felt like a god using the tips you gave me, cant wait to master nurse
One thing i found when it comes to playing nurse, when you are aimimg for a second blink, after the first blink instantly charge the second blink and release it when the burn on her hand reaches the wrist for the max second blink
Thank you too much for the nurse guide. I was crying when I first used her but now thanks to you I can wipe my tears and get better :) this is what every one who wants to learn nurse needs is a good guide. Thanks alot bro
Questions about a few perks : -What about M&A ? The fact that the blink range exceeds the TR got me some cheeky grabs a few times and i like it to get closer to survivors before they notice me. Also pairs well with IF. -Thrilling Tremors ? About the same as BBQ but not so sure about the cooldown -I really like I'm All Ears to erase every possibility of being mindgamed, especially at jungle gyms where you don't have big lines of sight I'm in Shadowborn rehab so i try to mix up my builds and test things out
Hey Tofu! I was watching ur stream in this Nurse's gameplay, and now, when I wanna learn to play she, you up this video. Even I'm beeing brazilian and speaking english with no fluency, ur helping me a lot to get better as killer, I'm a huge fan of ur work. So, thank u for content and keep doing it, u r awesome!
@@OhBoyILoveTomatoes as in the info he brought was very informative and was helpful for my future matches, some of which I haven't thought about before
Great job man, seriously. Can you be so kindly to consider same type of video for every single killer. I think every single player will appreciate it, even surv mains. Thanks in advance m8 and best regards from Argentina, South America.
I just got two matches on the silent hill map in a row with the nurse, her map pressure there is so insane. I just walked around the hallway until i found a gen being worked and won the game by using her standard perks only. That being said i'm only killer rank 17 since i mostly play survivor anyway and thus my opponents were baby survivors for the most part. Doesn't change the fact that the map is fun to play with her though, once you get a feeling for wether you're about to land inside of the hallway or the classrooms etc. The tips you gave really helped a lot but i really need to let go of the "predict their movement when you can't see them" mentality. Edit: Also shoutouts to the survivor who called me hacker for teleporting and knowing where he was hiding (because afk crows and nurse's calling). What a funny guy.
Yeah, there is one bug were you go to hold down M2 and the game reads it as holding and releasing instantly so you can't blink. Makes a weird animation and sound but it doesn't take the blink away thankfully. But it does allow the survivor to get further away.
I was the Nurse that played against you (on Coldwind) in the game that you said you should make a guide on her because she can be so good in the right hands. After a month I never would’ve thought, but here it is! Good guide, I approve (although not so much with some the perks like whispers/butcher). I would actually also bring up cosmetics on Nurse though; if you use prestige (like I do) people will NEVER underestimate you and usually suicide. However, using stock cosmetics people will actually play against you and assume you’re trash.
Btw for any new Nurse players, it wasn't mentioned but Ghostface's perk I'm All Ears is the best perk on Nurse in my opinion. I can't count how many easy downs I've gotten from someone doing a quick vault, breaking line of sight, and thinking they're safe only to have me blink right on top of them.
I used to run it from time to time, but most of your games you don't really get much value out of it. Most of the games people don't vault windows or pallets, specially on ranks 1, where people know that just running away from her and loosing line of sight is the best strategy.
Yes yes and yes! I was wondering if also needed my baby nurse footage to make the video even more relatable. Love you man! Love you work both on Twitch and hoping to see videos over here more often.
This tutorial is god tier. I just went from frustrated nurse gameplay to killing red rank survivors and getting from rank 12 to 6 in 24hrs . Thanks so much for putting this out Tofu
I played a ton on PS4 and could never grasp nurse as much as I wanted to.. 10 hours into playing Nurse on PC and I'm getting 4k's left n right. This video definitely helped me get used to her stats n times. Thank you for the video for the little bits of info but even for helping the new players get better.
1:07 - 2:15 thank you for the clear explanation on how far/near she can blink. i think i will practice her more on Mobile. *I'm subscribing* because the video is STRAIGHT TO THE POINT and with soft music in background.
Thanks Tofu! This video is a goldmine of Nurse information. I now main her on PS4 (yeah, I know, I know...Nurse on console). Always loved her aesthetics and play style; tried her a couple times but gave up after losing hard - as you mention in the video. Came back to her just before console got it's sensitivity increase, and that helps a lot! My framerate has never been bad on DBD - I see many, many players complain about this, but somehow I've never been affected. She's a rather 'buggy' killer. Some blinks go nowhere; sometimes I blink then cannot attack; some rocks and buildings have deadzones etc but I still find her fun to play. Survivors don't see many Nurses on console and often still run to a pallet and wait...my favourite thing! :) I will try Whispers, as you suggest. I tried it previously but didn't understand how to use it well. I run Nurses Calling, Monitor, Barbecue and Shadowborn. I'm getting better with her and even treated myself to her black wedding dress cosmetic as reward for improving :)
A man of quality. I'm a fellow console nurse main and I run shadow born(I'm actually addicted help) barbacue , pop and corrupt . Might swap nurses in instead of pop.as a fellow nurse main what do you think?
@@joelatherton76 hey fellow nurse main I don't really like pop on nurse(don't really like kicking gens in general on nurse) that is a good idea but instead of nurses I would suggest infectious fright on her
Great guide, Tofu! As a main nurse since legacy, much of the stuff you said is pretty accurate and helps a lot new players. When you master nurse, almost all of your games are a guarantee 4k. I haven't had a single nurse match with less than 25k. The only thing I think you forgot to mention is about the corn, as her major weakness, and that you can know how much you can charge your second blink before you enter the fatigue state by looking at the frosty edges on the screen that appear after the first blink. About the bugs, I haven't seen a lot on 3.7.2, most of them were patched, specially the church glich (you couldnt teleport at all). The killer is pretty fun to play with, and most of your games you don't feel worried or frustrated because you always anhilate. Also is super satisfying to get those cocky players fast, most of them D/C. I didn't learn anything new on this guide, but you made me wanna play a couple of matches with her before going to bed ;).
I've shown this to several friends and seen it a few times myself... and this is the first time I've noticed the Cloister of Trials music playing. Nice
So, I spent my two spare Twitch sub tokens on your channel because of how good your tutorial content is-specifically the Billy guide. Although shorter, this one is just as good. I’ll happily watch and absorb any killer guide you want to make. So smart, so good.
One advanced tip I would add for games against really experienced survivors: you're going to have to pay attention to where the survivor is looking and mindgame with your blinks if they're looking back at you and actually reacting to you. I like to aim and charge like I'm going to predict them, but flick to the corner at the last second after they break LOS to bait them into doubling back. Or blink cancel at a pallet in anticipation of a reverse drop. Stuff like that. Instead of predicting high level survivors, use your blink animation and audio cues to bait desired movement out of them.
The basic mechanics are still the same but the perks and add-ons section is outdated. Her blinks were made into a special attack now so a lot of great perks no longer work well on her. To name a few: Starstruck, Sloppy Butcher, Surge (Jolt), Franklin's Demise, NOED, Devour Hope, Haunted Ground, Make Your Choice, or any other exposed perk, since they required a basic attack to trigger. With the current Meta, I would suggesty perks like Nowhere to Hide, Ultimate Weapon, Pop Goes the Weazel, and possibly Eruption or Pain Resonance paired with Agitation. Her best add-ons are determined by your playstyle. Fragile Wease will cause slower healing. Jenner's last breath will allow you to be a fancy 4 blink nurse, although you shouldn't depend on this playstyle. Bad Man's Last Breath is a favorite of mine because it makes you undetectable for 25 seconds every time you land a hit. And Kavanaugh's Last Breath will keep survivors blind for a lasrge portion of the game. Cambell's Last Breath will probably hurt you more than it will help you, unless you really master that add on. Heavy Panting will give you a further lunge after a chain blink, but I wouldn't want to rely on this either. I play a lot of nurse without perks or add ons just to challenge myself. And on certain maps, this can be quite torturous. A week ago I would have said that her worst map was without a doubt, Lery's because there's no line of sight if survivors snake their way through the maze. However, I'd take Lery's any day now that Hawkins is back. Mark my words, Hawkins is an absolute nightmare for nurse. Pin this comment! ☝
Thanks Tofu! I've been asking for this video for over 2 years....I mean now i already have gotten pretty good with nurse (on xbox though) .... But i still really enjoyed the video!
Another great tip is DONT PLAY TO WIN. PLAY TO PRACTICE BLINKS. This is of course if you aren’t rank 1 yet. If you're not rank one playing to win is essential so you can practice on rank 1 survivors but then again if you always “play to win” then eventually your gonna pip DOWN bc you're not focusing on your blink skills and you’ll still find yourself at rank 7 or something say for an example you know your down to 2 gens so in reality you would start to guard gens however when you're playing to practice blinks that means tunnel to the death maybe even slug so they can get back up and you can practice again. Seriously try it bc playing to win only gives u time so guard gens etc. so you're not blinking in a chase you're blinking to travel bc you don’t take on chases or tunnel/stay in chases bc of gens fuck gens you can guard them when your good right now your trash
I know this was 11 months ago, but thank you SOOO much. I started playing a week ago and this really helped, just got my first Nurse 4K today so I just wanted to come back and thank you.
I've been maining nurse for a straight 4 days and I got my first 4k 3 times in a row yesterday!! Thank you so much for this video I'm slowly progressing with her
Thanks man! Super helpful. Just started nurse a few days ago and got a few 4ks but even in those matches I’m missing blink attacks like crazy and chasing people non stop. One match took like 30 minutes lol! Anyways great video!! Going to watch the whispers one next. I’ve been using that perk and I can’t imagine playing without it now. I’m excited to see what you have to say about it!
im so happy you finally uploaded this guide it helped a lot i trained my nurse since you uploaded this video and now im really really good thank you :D
Yea on a certain map that a can’t remember I kept getting stuck and my blinks were shortened a shit ton by nearby objects THE WHOLE GAME it was so annoying. I can’t remember the maps name but it was the one that is extremely dark and you can barely see scratch marks
I havent found that bug in the game yet. It's usually due to the fact that your blink isn't long enough to teleport to the other side of the object, so you get stuck in place. So if you see that often on your gameplay, try holding your blink a little bit longer, and remember to look up!
@@luitzm.1280 it doesn't work that way all the time, there r some places u cant blink through fully charged or u charge at full but the objects(excavator, trees, rocks, some certain walls, haddonfield houses) shorten ur blink. F.ex, nurse should avoid blinking too close to walls separating different parts of location (azarov's resting place, suffocation pit etc). Hawkins itself is another source of pain in the ass. What is helpful in this situation is not to blink through standing right in front of the broken object. The closer the objects the shorter the blink.
I’m new to DBD and recently played a match as nurse and got destroyed. The survivors after the game were trying to bully me and get in my head saying I’m a terrible killer but I’m actually more motivated than anything to get better. Thanks so much for this guide it’s definitely helping me learn!
Thanks to you Tofu you gave me the Curage to Play Nurse and i have a Blast Playing her... its so Fun Blinking around and getting some Nice Mindgame Hits... i lost some Matches but those gave me even more power to get better with her, Learning her, understanding Blink placement and Failing many Times hitting someone... Playing her is so much Fun and i can tell everyone who Mains Killer... try her and try to get better... don't get mad if you Lose thats Normal... Losing Matches is a great Reason to play her more to Win and only by Practice you get better
For my standard Nurse build, I like to run: Sloppy Butcher, Fearmonger, Jolt, and Nurse's Calling For hunting / slugging, I usually run: Nurse's Calling, Deerstalker, Spies from the Shadows, Sloppy Butcher All of these perks are either Nurse's free perks, or perks free in the Bloodweb. These are kind of suggestions, and there are much better substitutions such as Huntress Lullaby for Fearmonger/Jolt, or Nurse's Calling probably isn't even needed.
I think agitation is pretty damn good on her, it makes so u waste less time hooking people and they have way less time to heal/do gens or smth. Also felt great during learning her since i was in chases more often. I was running bbq, agitation, shadowborn, infectious fright if anyone was wondering
I have to use deerstalker as nurse. Considering the amount of times you slug the survivors. Sometimes I Feel like I’m the only one that thinks it a great perk.
20:10 A newer nerf for nurse is that her blink attacks don't count as basic attacks anymore, so sloppy butcher and exposed perks won't be as affective for her
it was once said that a tofu nurse guide would never happen, for the forbidden knowledge of this killer was once deemed too great for the common people
Honestly i love playing nurse with the add-on Spasmodic breath/Match box/Bad man’s breath. It completely make her a aggressive killer and people really let their guard down. My builds if you want to try 1) Nurse, Pop, infectious fright, save the best for last. 2) Nurse, Dark devotion, distressing, xxx. When pyramid head come out I’m going to add the gen kick perk to my undetectable set.
Thank you for this guy this actually helped me a lot I've started getting more and more 4ks and 3ks due to this guide before this I couldn't play her at all now I'm really starting to enjoy her
the one thing i really hate besides the extremely low base movement speed is that there is a timer between teleports that if you don't teleport fast enough between teleports you will get into exhaustion. being slower at walking kinda forces you to teleport as your basic movement and having such a bad fatigue if you aren't fast enough to port again sucks extremely.
This was very helpful. I actually wanted to try to understand how to survive against the nurse but realized I know nothing about how the nurse works. So thank you!
Still learning the map! Played Survivor first for a while before ever deciding to run "Nurse". I'm playing Nurse. Barely ever see her. And now I know why, this could take months to learn her. I think it will be worth it though.
I think it would have been good to mention that when you become more advance you can use blinks as bait for thing such as deadhard or animation locks like pallets for free hits.
Very helpful. Maybe its just me - I see a looot of people saying not to get discouraged, or that playing as the killer sucks, or that killer is no fun - I ALWAYS have fun as the killer, even when I Displease the Entity. Its SURVIVOR that I think is terrible sometimes. Waiting in a 5+ minute queue just to get camped on a hook by some teabagging jerk is super fun... lol. Nurse is the first killer I tried, good to know that she's actually slower than a survivor...
The only thing I really struggle with is the distance you go with blink charges I’ve gone so much further than what I wanted to many times I’m trying not to use the common add on tho because I wanna get used to it
this is relevant to me considering I'm trying to use her more on console as a GF/Trapper main. I've always heard people dog on her and I'm still getting absolutely bodied since I have no good perks on her yet (I have her at like level 36? devour hope is my best perk on her lol) but I'm starting to get my hits consistently. guides like this genuinely help since I never see her when I play survivor, so I don't really have any good basis for playing with her since I've played against her literally a handful of times (granted I play killer 90% of the time, but usually don't have as much trouble picking a killer up.) been playing her for a good week or so and I can semi-consistently get hits with her, feelsgoodman.
i started playing killer as nurse and main her too. i started out doing 0-1 and maybe 2 kill games and after a few months it started to go up to 2,3 or 4 and then now i can run 4 kill games basically everytime. if you put in the time and effort she is SO worth it. best killer. easily.
Thanks for this guide, it helped me out quite a lot. I'm still not great (only been trying nurse or for a day) but I'm not as bad as I was when I tried to get good as nurse before. Thanks!
I think it would be so cool if they added a new game mode. They should add a game mode that let's you kill survivors with a friend. I know there would need to be quite a re-balance, but I'm sure it wouldn't be too much for the developers to handle. Also, It would be perfect to release it on Valentine's Day. They could call it "Killer Couples." I'd love to see that game mode stay forever after that as well. Just a crazy idea I had in mind lol. :) I love playing as the Nurse btw. Not good with her yet though. lol
She might need a rework instead of nerfs.... they keep making her harder and harder with that said: she’s satisfying as all fucks when you get some kills.

Shadowborn on nurse is like stridor with spirit. Once you get used to it, you`re handicaped without it.
So should you not use it?
I honestly think people should just try about half their games with it, and without it while learning, and then make a decision based on how much you like it.
i started off like damn a 30 min tutorial who's gonna watch that but this was so good i ended up watching the whole thing and subbing
Yea like all of them are like 30 min
There are guides 2 hour long lol
TY SO MUCH.
First round I was using her so wrong I was always in fatigued state, i did so bad that I didnt kill a single person and I rage quit the game. Watched this video, I STUDIED this damn video and on my 2nd game killed 3 people hung everyone at least once , and last survivor escaped through secret hatch. I felt like a god using the tips you gave me, cant wait to master nurse
this is super helpful, I just started trying a to be a nurse main about a week ago and im super happy that you just came out with this
One thing i found when it comes to playing nurse, when you are aimimg for a second blink, after the first blink instantly charge the second blink and release it when the burn on her hand reaches the wrist for the max second blink
This does depend on your outfit though, i use this on the white wedding and default
Thank you too much for the nurse guide. I was crying when I first used her but now thanks to you I can wipe my tears and get better :) this is what every one who wants to learn nurse needs is a good guide. Thanks alot bro
crying?? lmfaooo
IT'S FINALLY HERE! Been excited for this for a long time Tofu, thanks for bringing us your hard work in making a great guide!
Questions about a few perks :
-What about M&A ? The fact that the blink range exceeds the TR got me some cheeky grabs a few times and i like it to get closer to survivors before they notice me. Also pairs well with IF.
-Thrilling Tremors ? About the same as BBQ but not so sure about the cooldown
-I really like I'm All Ears to erase every possibility of being mindgamed, especially at jungle gyms where you don't have big lines of sight
I'm in Shadowborn rehab so i try to mix up my builds and test things out
Look at this awesome Nurse guide provided by a quality nerd
Only when Tofu blew up the icon did I realize that the Whispers icon is an ear listening rather than a nose and mouth blowing out steam
So I’ve already been playing nurse for about 3 years, I never really got too good with her but some of this stuff in the video actually really helped
@@OhBoyILoveTomatoes as in the info he brought was very informative and was helpful for my future matches, some of which I haven't thought about before
Turtle Soup what
Great job man, seriously.
The madlad finally made the Nurse guide that he has been talking about since forever.
I started playing with her a few weeks ago, my problem is the freaking bugs
A nerf to nurse and dedicated servers make her a headache sometimes. Let alone corn maps
Wait until they introduce server-side hit detection in the next update. It effectively shortest your lunge according to your ping to the server.
@@KatyaAbc575 already I'm staring survivors in their face and missing hits. Looking forward to it being even harder
I’m starting to learn nurse because I do wanna get good with her and this definitely helped out.
Love the final fantasy x music in the background
Love the ff music in the background
Ever since you mentioned you were doing a nurse guide, I have been anxiously awaiting this! Thanks for the guide Tofu!
@@joelatherton76 hey fellow nurse main I don't really like pop on nurse(don't really like kicking gens in general on nurse) that is a good idea but instead of nurses I would suggest infectious fright on her
Joel Atherton replace pop goes the weasel with overcharge I feel like it’s way better the pop goes the weasel
Very well done, started playing the game yesterday and have found her the hardest one I've tried so far.
Not even on the Japanese maps?
In reference to bugs.
@@thethinker7243 No, not even on those.
I never thought this day would come. I love you TOFU ❤
I’m excited to see what you have to say about it!
im so happy you finally uploaded this guide it helped a lot i trained my nurse since you uploaded this video and now im really really good thank you :D
im all ears is also fantastic on nurse and perfect for beginners it helped a lot to predict survs better
Has anyone else come across things she can’t teleport through like certain cars or rocks?
All the time and it annoys the sh*t out of me.
Yea on a certain map that a can’t remember I kept getting stuck and my blinks were shortened a shit ton by nearby objects THE WHOLE GAME it was so annoying. I can’t remember the maps name but it was the one that is extremely dark and you can barely see scratch marks
Some maps you have to hold your blink longer or you’ll get stuck on something your hugging, really annoying but not much you can do
I havent found that bug in the game yet.
How you doing now?
Thanks to you Tofu you gave me the Curage to Play Nurse and i have a Blast Playing her... its so Fun Blinking around and getting some Nice Mindgame Hits... i lost some Matches but those gave me even more power to get better with her, Learning her, understanding Blink placement and Failing many Times hitting someone... Playing her is so much Fun and i can tell everyone who Mains Killer... try her and try to get better... don't get mad if you Lose thats Normal... Losing Matches is a great Reason to play her more to Win and only by Practice you get better
For my standard Nurse build, I like to run:
Sloppy Butcher, Fearmonger, Jolt, and Nurse's Calling
For hunting / slugging, I usually run:
Nurse's Calling, Deerstalker, Spies from the Shadows, Sloppy Butcher
All of these perks are either Nurse's free perks, or perks free in the Bloodweb.
Swap shadowborn for deerstalker and that's my build. I also like my anti gen nurse (thrilling, pop, surge, and infectious)
I have to use deerstalker as nurse. Considering the amount of times you slug the survivors. Sometimes I Feel like I’m the only one that thinks it a great perk.
I haven’t tried agitation but I might since you said that. Thanks for the tip
You should swap out agitation for a slow down perk like pop, ruin or corrupt intervention
20:10 A newer nerf for nurse is that her blink attacks don't count as basic attacks anymore, so sloppy butcher and exposed perks won't be as affective for her
I was just enjoying this guide and then the Besaid Island theme kicked in, I didn't come here expecting feels, Tofu
it was once said that a tofu nurse guide would never happen, for the forbidden knowledge of this killer was once deemed too great for the common people
Honestly i love playing nurse with the add-on Spasmodic breath/Match box/Bad man’s breath.
47 seconds into the guide i am already feeling like "this is a guide i can follow" super helpful. Thank you.👍😉
Very helpful.
This was very useful to me as a new nurse player. Thank you!
Thanks for the guide bro, just picked her up and my gameplay just got 5 times better
I love the Ffx Prelude in the background 👌👌👌
Thank you tofu for making this nurse guide it has helped me a lot to play nurse in dbd
The only thing I really struggle with is the distance you go with blink charges I’ve gone so much further than what I wanted to many times I’m trying not to use the common add on tho because I wanna get used to it
the stuff about blinking to corners when they break line of sight is somethin so simple and obvious yet something i never do haha. great guide
I don't like whispers because I sometimes get distracted with the breathing
this is relevant to me considering I'm trying to use her more on console as a GF/Trapper main.
I've always heard people dog on her and I'm still getting absolutely bodied since I have no good perks on her yet (I have her at like level 36? devour hope is my best perk on her lol) but I'm starting to get my hits consistently.
guides like this genuinely help since I never see her when I play survivor, so I don't really have any good basis for playing with her since I've played against her literally a handful of times (granted I play killer 90% of the time, but usually don't have as much trouble picking a killer up.)
been playing her for a good week or so and I can semi-consistently get hits with her, feelsgoodman.
paused after the basics and played nurse in a match for the first time and got everyone hooked.
Just started to learn nurse, absolutely fantastic guide, thanks Tofu, love your Stream!
Love the ffx music in this. And thanks for the tips. I just picked up the game and wanna try and get good with all the killers
i started playing killer as nurse and main her too. i started out doing 0-1 and maybe 2 kill games and after a few months it started to go up to 2,3 or 4 and then now i can run 4 kill games basically everytime. if you put in the time and effort she is SO worth it. best killer. easily.
Thanks for this guide, it helped me out quite a lot. I'm still not great (only been trying nurse or for a day) but I'm not as bad as I was when I tried to get good as nurse before. Thanks!
shoutouts to mathman for his exquisite claudette fashion
I think it would be so cool if they added a new game mode.
They should add a game mode that let's you kill survivors with a friend.
I know there would need to be quite a re-balance, but I'm sure it wouldn't
be too much for the developers to handle.
Also, It would be perfect to release it on Valentine's Day.
They could call it "Killer Couples."
I'd love to see that game mode stay forever after that as well.
Just a crazy idea I had in mind lol. :)
I love playing as the Nurse btw. Not good with her yet though. lol
Not instinctively going for unlikely hits on second blink is something I found hard to stop doing
Recently I got to the point where I'm good in chases and I can get downs quickly but I had little to no map pressure, thanks for the guidance!
Slug and defend hooks when you know someone is close. Be a Nice killer results in 4 escapes
How do you get that white light to show up for where you will blink to?
Add-ons
how do you get that little bright light that shows you where you are blinking? i dont have that
She might need a rework instead of nerfs.... they keep making her harder and harder with that said: she’s satisfying as all fucks when you get some kills.
on my first match as nurse with this guide I managed to get a kill and quite a lot blink hits :D I'm quite happy with the results
You can cancel a blink by just looking staight to the ground. It will consume a token but you can use it very good in mind games.
Making this guide was a great idea to help people who struggle with Nurse.
First game as Nurse: The Survivors felt bad for me, so they all gathered around to let me hit them at least once or twice. I'm going to do my best to practice with the flannel. I'm pretty good at learning muscle memory.
Gad a game of nurse on Dead Dawg Saloon where it was down to 1 gen and no survivor was out, though 1 or 2 were on their 2nd hook state. Got a 4k out of that game from the insane pressure this killer can create.
thanks for this video.. i often skip Nurse dailies because i miss my blinks, but with this guide i can practise
very good tutorial, lots of information, compact, no arrogance in how cool you are or how many thousand hours you've played nurse.
I learned to play nurse before watching this guide but now that I've watched it I can play her twice as good 😳
Watching this video 100,000 times I learned how to play nurse thank you ohtofu
This is still by far the best nurse guide video out there. And Thats awesome dude. Keep it up☝️
