how to disable the ALT+L click to teleport?
its annoying when using the map tools

Its more convenient to use drone laser designator to mark things on the map.. no more guessing

correct me if I'm wrong, but in this scenario, why are we not using direct fire mode. Can we not see the target through the gunner's sight?

Not always, for example you are in a fob, high walls are up around you.

So, good tutorial. But the issue is if you use the map tool, and you hit Alt+left click in order to move it around, it will actually teleport you. Which is infuriating and basically makes it impossible to use. Any solutions?

I think thats because of singleplayer mode or in the editor
Try doing it on a Multiplayer server. In the editor you can set up a virtual temporary server as LAN.

@@Duntrew Well I fixed it. Just if anyone else has the issue, you have to go to the game options and add on options. In there, you’ll find in one of the ACE setting, a box that says “map tools turn key” or something like that. And you can change it from ALT to Shift or to control.
Changing it from alt to shift fixed the issue
