I dont think it's going happen like that this time around. Past GM rebates and incentives averaged around 8-10k off. At current prices $10k off still won't move most of this inventory. People can't even afford the discounted prices anymore. I think they have all painted themselves into a corner this time.
Those Colorados sure are attractive looking though... the AT4X you zeroed in on has the AEV package, which is 10K by itself. No need to get a Canyon with that much offroad hardware.
$30-40k value reduction as soon as the buyer registers it on the Hummer. And that is what the battery will wind up costing. Not to mention the range on them is absolute shit compared to ANYTHING Tesla makes.
It’s no way they are selling overpriced trucks like this. Even Toyota Tundra went crazy. In December of 2015 I bought my Tubdra for $39,000, they went up to $78,000 and engines are failing.
I paid $91k total for a 2024 Tundra TRD-Pro and that was way more than I thought it was worth. I bought a brand new Tundra in 2007 for $41k, I put 285k miles on it and drove it until it wore out and wasn't worth fixing anymore, I limped into the dealership with the 2007 and drove away with the 2024. I looked at Ford, Ram, GMC, all were at least $10k more similarly equipped.
Why are these dealers so stubborn. You’re not going to sell a 2022 truck for 80k. Take the loss & move on! The longer you keep it, the more you will lose on it as time goes by.
I have a 2019 Chevy Z71 I bought new and paid $32K on a $47K sticker price. I bought it in the spring of 2020. My wife and I make good money and can't afford a $80K truck and most of them will be rusted out in 5 years in the area we live. I keep my truck parked indoors and rarely drive it because of the cost to replace it.
After about 100 k miles the battery will have to be replaced and every time I would drive my old Tesla when it got below 40 degrees the range was about 65 miles on a full charge electric cars are not meant for cold climates,,, beware 😮😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
Just so you know, those white trucks, (including the 2 Hummers) were dropped off by the SEMI transport truck LAST NIGHT. That’s how the truck driver parks them. So those are like 12 hours old. Hence the wrapping paper still on the bumper.
Dealers tell you all the time that adding lifts, wheels, tires, etc. doesn't increase the value of your vehicle, but when they do it somehow it adds $35k to the price. You can even buy one that the dealer did all that to and try to trade it in to the very same dealer and they'll still tell you that. That crap isn't even worth the current $10k over msrp that they want. You can get all that done for half that on your own and the parts will be better quality. That truck should be discounted to $50k by now because there aren't anymore factory/dealer incentives for people to buy that truck. It costs less to get a new one.
About 5 or so years ago I bought an 04 F-150 for 5 grand. I regretted it at the time but it turned out to be a great buy. I get asked all the time if I want to sell it.

What was the website where we could check how long a vehicle has been sitting on the lot for again?
That's interesting, when was the last time you saw an all white Harley Davidson? Like NEVER?
A four-cylinder engine in a $75,000 (and up) truck?! Seriously, who would buy one?
Those Harley Davidson editions look ridiculous.
GMC PICKUPS..STEERING SHAFT BREAKING..TAILGATE OPENING WHILE DRIVING..BRAKES APPLIED WITH NOTHING IN THE PATH OF THE VEHICLE..BRILLIANT GM..
Forgot the transmission problems
The cost of what a house used to be. And GMC is just a tricked out chevy. The only point to buy GMC is to say I have too much money.
I’m surprised they didn’t run you off the lot for exposing them 😅. Great content
If it has 4 doors it's not a truck it's a soccer mom womb wagon.
Wonder the floor plan fees they pay on that truck for 500 days? Any guesses
Wouldn't buy anything with Harley Davidsons name on it! Same goes with John Deere
Or Bud Light, or Jaguar
Those Colorados sure are attractive looking though... the AT4X you zeroed in on has the AEV package, which is 10K by itself. No need to get a Canyon with that much offroad hardware.
Oh wow! Seems like the the focus group was right about what the buyers wanted!
100 grand for a truck?????? Insane. Where will it be in ten years?
I saw the whole Martin County fairgrounds over here in Stuart, FL filled with GMC overstock that's just been sitting there
that's not overstock those are flood vehicles from the hurricane
3 years old? It's a used truck. Maybe $40,000 tops. And who wants a Electric Hummer? No one. 2:39
Hi there
Please do some videos , for Toyota and Honda dealership.
Thanks
4 cylinder full sized PU? Just goes to show how ignorant and arrogant the auto-makers are. I hope they go belly up.
If you buy that truck you deserve to be scammed for the rest of your life
They could keep it. I've never been a fan of the harley davidson truck, and i'm certainly not a fan of harley davidson after they woke.😅
those hummer taillights are $5400.00 a piece
At least I can afford one tail light!
Your lucky, I can't afford to light up the bulbs...
Why are these dealers so stubborn. You’re not going to sell a 2022 truck for 80k. Take the loss & move on! The longer you keep it, the more you will lose on it as time goes by.
Government subsidies.
The canyon should cost 30 grand loaded , who buys thee trucks are the insane
Good luck with that. GMC like the other dreamer lots can keep them. Go to trucks and cars, classics, retain value and don't break.
I hope these dealers all go out of business. They’re ripping everyone off when people are already struggling just to buy gas and groceries.
Who wants a 4 cylinder full size pickup 😂 😂😂 good for the wife 😂😂
Harley went woke no one wants to support them even if it was cheaper than 80k
$104,000 for a golf cart?
