HI Thanks for watching. Before creating your ad, make sure that you have given permission for your pixel to be accessible to your ads account. I know this seems silly but you have to do this within Business Manager/Business Suite. Some people have multiple Pages, Ad Accounts, and Pixels/Datasets within one business account - so you have to actually link them so the right account accesses the right dataset. Hope this helps.
