How many ad sets with different audiences would you recommend having in a single campaign? Would you combine remarketing and prospecting audiences in a single campaign or focus on prospecting only?
Hi. This is kind of a loaded question and hard to answer without more info. I typically try to do 1-3 diff ad sets within a campaign. But a lot of things can affect this and sometimes I just create completely different campaigns. Regarding your second part, I might recommend setting up diff campaigns completely for those audiences so you can control budget better as well as other factors that may come into play.
Hi good day! Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Tried so many tutorials but your tutorial is really perfect for my needs. It's easy to follow. But I don't have a website. Would like to know if i can still set up lead ads? It showed in the privacy policy, you put your website link. Kindly enlighten me please. Hope to hear from you soonest. Thank you very much. God bless.
I think to collect leads you have to include details about what your policy is for using that data. It's best to read Facebooks terms of use and follow that. If you do need a website, there are several inexpensive or even free options where you could create a page with the required info. Hope this helps.
I'll be posting a Rich Creative Lead Tutorial very soon. Make sure you have subscribed so that you get a notification when i launch it. Thanks so much for watching and your interest. Hope this has helped you.

@@goingsocial i'm interested on knowing more about audience segregation, for real estate ad people will have different behaviors based on their locations, how we can attract a lot of audiences for real estate campaigns,, i'm from India, does the same strategy work out for this location..
Not sure why it's missing on your end. It may be because you don't have any third party catalogs (database sources) linked. But it's not super important for lead ads anyways.
Thanks for watching the video. I hope you found it helpful and easy to follow. Make sure to check the link in the description to the Facebook Ads Course - You might be interested in that too.
Hi, if you choose the "lead" ad type you can definitely set the ad with the goal to get leads on a website, as apposed to an instant form, which is demonstrated in this video. My recommendation is always to test and keep testing to see how things work out best for you. You might find you get more leads, or better quality leads from an instant form vs a website landing page. You might also find the opposite produces better results. The only way to know is by testing.
Isn’t everyone everywhere all the time running the same exact “list of homes” ads? Any other types of ads that work this is the typical ad everyone is running that agents hate following up on leads with
While many realtors may run "similar" style ads - to stand out you need to ensure your creative is compelling enough with copy and images/video. Plus, not every user on Facebook/Instagram will see ads from every realtor. There area a lot of factors that go into how your ads are fed to users. Plus I do always recommend people test different style of ads (traffic, video, engagement, lead form etc) to see what works best for them and gets the best results. The clients that I work with have had lots of success with these ads.

Great video! Just discovered conversionblitz.com that is a lead generation software suite powered by AI on the backend to enhance its capabilities. It got me thinking about all the various opportunities for AI apart from basic applications and mere trivial ideas.
Have you tried that platform ?I don't think that does anything in terms of helping you setup lead ads on Facebook. It also looks like an app that just scrubs the internet for email addresses. Not the type of marketing I'd recommend to people to help them find the RIGHT local audience to gain leads from.

Most leads are fake
you can try adding one mandatory question users have to answer. That may help avoid getting spam. Give it a shot.
