Make it entertaining and encourage engagement in digestible bites- not 1 single human being is going to sit through a 1 minute advertisement- but we will sit through 10 minutes of being "sold" if it's compelling. 4. None of it's going to work if your intentions are not pure, meaning providing value first and caring/engaging with your community. It's worked since the start of time.

Quick question, how do you handle Facebook's limitations on audience targeting for special ad groups, since RE is in there per Fair Housing? We're so limited on the interest targeting now, are you just targeting homebuyer and home search-related interests? Are you doing non-listing ads that fall outside of the special ad groups?
It's amazing because with Facebook's AI, all you need to do is start off with some really general targeting like the Zillow and Real Estate interests and your ads will find the right people on their own. There's a huge misconception around targeting because once your AI gets leads coming in consistently and learns what types of people will sign up to your ads, you can have zero targeting other than a location. I'm dead serious, for my clients I remove targeting to reach maximum scale and Facebook's AI takes it from there. Hope this helped!

Ads are probably the answer for most of the business question but it is easy to know how to do those ad but it is hard to create the content to run on the ad.

I wouldn’t wast your time or money. Remember, only 1 person can buy the property Not all the 100 hundred of leads you generate. It’s a numbers game.
