We will brother. As per the RE it will take time. They told us over telephone that the damage part needs to be replaced but they don't have it now. They already have ordered it.
Exactly the same things happen with me.... Even they didn't try to solve this problem. I missed my Himalayan for last 2 months even they haven't any prominent answer when they fix this problems. My bike is only 9 months old. There are so many issues like oil leaking , can't reach even 100kmph . Before a month they called me for take my bike and told me they fixed all the problems. But when I go for a test ride about less than 5 kms the bike shut down and can't start again. last i have to tow my bike to the service centre and till now no updates .
My bike is also in extended warranty period bt they unable to give the service. They told me its a head issue they will replace it but after a month today I saw the condition of my bike as I saw before a month .
Which service centre? Do one thing. Email all your documents and issues to the RE HQ. Ask for answers . Make a video and put it all over the Internet. 2.5 lakh is nothing? Only 9 month. The post service is too bad. Raise your voice mine had a issue of ball racer but they didn't changed it for free. I did all the needful but nothing happened . I had to buy one and they told for using handlebar risers it's happening. Such a shame.
@@TheBongBikers yes brother its a universal problem of all Himalayan. I purchased from universal chuchura. Same i also faced handle ball racer problem they didn't even stock of good amount of spare parts of Himalayan. Atlast i bought from Austin . Its better to switch another bike SOHC engine of RE is total waste of money.
Thank you for the advice, camera te ota anek ta kache lagleo amra anekta dur e chilam r ota amra petol pump er loker permission niyei korechi.. sob to r video te dekhano somvob noy.. but we measured the safety. R issue ta actually from the engine head. Battery is okay..
@monojit Dey thanks for your observation.kindly see the full video. The thing is where we are standing it's outward of the petrol pump. And secondly the counter behind us was not working. The the third thing is using your phone in the petrol pump is hazardous but not punishable if so then why government has started cashless payment or mobile transaction? Is you use it from proper distance nothing will happen don't use it near the nozzle in time of refilling .

My himalayan is missing and shutting of while accelerating. only sometimes.when cruising on higways the issue facing..🥺
