    This literally has become my fav content from Grubby. It is easy to follow, fast-paced and still chill. Perfect for Grubbies narration.

      It's so hard to follow for me... I don't understand anything 😢 even after watching a guide I still don't get what each unit is good for

      @@miorioff The units have stats and theres all the info you need. As always, you want to counter what your opponent has. If he has swarm of units, you want aoe, if there are big giant units then you might need the melting point or some other single target dmg. Speed of units and the health of individual units play a big part. However, if you dont play the game yourself, you dont need to stress too much about that stuff :) and you will probably pick some of those things up eventually

    Never thought this day would come, where a Warcraft legend would be playing a badass autobattler to Doom soundtrack (which fits Mecha games quite well). Awesome stuff!

    I absolutely love the design of the Vulcan. I always get a little excited when I have a chance to use it.

    About "on hit" EMP: Enemy buys a defensive upgrade that's supposed to keep his unit alive. This is damage sharing, revive, enhanced armor, regen and so on. If your EMP on hit unit is killing one of them, it's _actually_ killing one of them. As opposed to before when the tech would prevent it. You only really need this applied to the unit you are actively in the process of shooting. Blanket application of EMP like the melter barrage is more so for offensive tech that wrecks your army, where the goal is to shut down the pain train rather than focusing down the units.
    Of course they work interchangeably too, but being aware of the strength of each method is useful for making efficient decisions.

    This is great content, fast paced and interesting in every round but at the same time the strategy between rounds is on point and cool.

    WASP with range beats air well. With range and ground spec, in number, it can eat ground units too. Levels up well. Then, in numbers, with shield, it can become hard carry. And then you still have elite marksman tech.
    Remember shield and elite mark techs also scale.

    The wraith makes vulcan obsolete, because it is a lot better at clearing small units for less credits than the vulcan and it is an air unit. Talking about air units, the overlord is also pretty strong.

    Mass-produced sledges are awesome, when you can get them this early try them and treat them as chaff... You get chaff clearing chaff that can't be killed by most chaff clear :D
    PS: When you use marskmen you really need that assault marksmen tech, not because it's so awesome, but it's awesome counter to marskmen counter eventually (backup plan)

    Don't play speed specialist so far back, it's best for aggressive pushes from the line to the enemy tower as fast as possible.

    Playing defensively means losing games. Instead of weak mustangs, you should have picked wasps or phoenix so that the enemy has to counter them which means to play defensively and lose the game.

      Not sure what a "standard deployment" is but they did place their fortresses too far back with it being a very slow unit.

    • @Azmodael
      @Azmodael 3 месяца назад

      @@Tyrgalon Standard (or defensive) deployment is when you place your units around your own towers. Aggro (or offensive) is when you place them close to the middle.
      Standard vs standard results in boring long range sniping matches where fortress are severely disadvantaged due to their slow speed and mediocre range.

      I see, I usually place my fortresses slightly in front of my towers with space for range and chaff to be utilised.

    • @Azmodael
      @Azmodael 3 месяца назад

      @@Tyrgalon Generally avoid going forts in standard vs standard. WF and MP totally dominate them (and even scorpi) and they don't add that much to your comp. They can be useful vs phoenix or wasp with AA barrage or as protection against battlefield abilities, but that's about it. Even the AA is unreliable, because its a one trick pony for the round. Opponent can immediately answer with anti-missile WF and you are in a lot of trouble.
      That is not to say forts are bad units. They are very good to defend aggro pushes or to supplement aggro pushes themselves. Just not in standard vs standard matches.
