Hey grubby your content got me into Mechabellum and I’ve just finally hit 1000mmr which I’m proud of considering this is the first game of this kind I have played. I watch your videos every day at 3am before work, please don’t stop uploading! Love from Australia
Your videos are what gaming should be, you are always positive and win/lose you're still learning and having fun :) Was this perhaps another game you fell into the trap of building counters and not your board?
well scorps are meant to take down tough medium or big targets, while i'd say the primary use of tarantulas are crowd clear, even though they're all rounders. scorps get some good range, one shot gimmicks with acid + double shot , while tarantulas really go all rounder if you click spider mine as these can be devastating to high HP units. or just carry tarantulas to try and cheese an early win but they fall off late game.
First off, I never played Mechabellum myself. But by watching your content for some time now I would have rocketed him to hell and back in the last round instead of buying more units. Your new units are unexperienced and it might have been wiser to take out as many enemy units with placed rockets as possible. Cover the frontline and another line behind that (is there a limit to placing rockets?). That is, if those rockets even do much damage to endgame units. If not, it would have been last round chaff clear at least. Anyways, keep up the nice content @GrubbyPlays. I enjoy it a lot. Thanks.
it so stupid but the reason i stopped playing hearthstone is because there is no in game chat but emotes also cant be permanently turn off emotes. end result is EVERY interaction feels toxic since the ONLY reason people friend you is to flame and the only emote that ever gets used is " well played" after a misplay or they spend an entire turn spamming emotes before they do 1 dmg to you with a hero power. LOL

Rough loss. Ive honestly had a hard time translating tarantulas to the late game myself and usualy end up selling them for something else.

I think you could've gotten EMP on the melters to stop the mechanical division balls

Scorpions are one of the only ways I've found to actually do damage to high rank Sabertooths
