I met this dude when it was one of his first live shows in atlanta 3years ago. I was little and I met him, he was in a rush to get started and he stopped to take time out of his day to talk to us...he didnt care about anything besides his fans when it came down to things. It's hard to live for myself sometimes it's definitely harder the older I get. I'm 18 and I spent a good portion of my life dealing with traumas from the past. I had gotten sexually assaulted at a really young age and I always blocked it out and never realized how much it affected me till highschool. I really relate to this song, still fighting with my depression and anxiety. It really does feel like I'm in an ocean trying to stay above the waves.

I first heard Josh on No Chill, which has been what, 4 or 5 years ago now? I have heard maybe one or two of his other songs since then. I saw this video sitting on my YT homepage and came here expecting EDM of some sort, like No Chill was, and got to hear this gem. Completely unexpected, absolutely stunning. Now it's time to go see what I've missed over the years.
