Milk glass sits on the shelves in thrift stores & antique stores around here. I know several resellers who have a hard time reselling milk glass. The swan is cute & especially for fall with those colors.
Another Hallmark ornament to look for is the series called “The Beauty of Birds” and the first one in the series is from 2005, it’s a Northern Red Cardinal and is selling for about $135.00 or more depending on the condition of the bird and the box. New in box, unopened and with the price tag still on the box is over $200. Good to look out for.

A good way to clean the interior of glass bottles or vases is to take some metal bb's ( the kind for a bb gun) --pour several bb's into the glass bottle with some water, hold your hand over the opening and while the bottle is sideways, shake the bb's up and down across the dirty interior ring. Grandmothers used this technique to clean glass baby bottles from the milk rings left inside. I have used this many times and it works great!

With the blue vase, have you trieð using raw rice & soapy water to remove gunk from inside of things.? It works pretty well. Just a thought. Love your videos.❤🇨🇦
Your goodwills are much nicer and cleaner than ours. I rarely go to them anymore!! They have Christmas and holiday goods all year, never reduce like other thrift shops do. Always enjoy your videos.

But see this a lot shopping lately system issues cash only! Always carry cash every day just in Case! Also keep track better anything under 100 pay cash ! Can tell not a younger then 60 ! World pay global credit system issues. They are currently manually taking Credit Cards offline status, it takes longer but they are accepting credit cards

You might not know this but with 'crazed' pottery you can boil it in milk and -PRESTO! All the crazing goes away.

There's an issue nationally with the POS system at Goodwill. Ours has been out for days, and I overheard an employee say it's system-wide.

I bet Goodwill was upgrading their system. My local (North Arkansas) GW was only accepting cash a few days ago as well.
"LURGI" is a German chemical company. That must be one of their swag giveaways. Cooler than a plastic pencil holder or a mug.
It says " Lurgi" in writing, but yes, it is a Germany based company that changed names around 2014 (?), so this piece must be at least 10 years old.
