I think the dev listened to Insym feedback because in the new update, they added health regen rate as a new suit upgrade to make healing faster with just one boom box. They also added range damage upgrade as well which makes the rifle more useful in the later game.

Gotta love when one game does extremely well. And everyone tries to copy said game for the next 5 years.
If a product (in this case a game) is successfully enough people will copy it trying to ride the hype train capitalize on the popularity.
Everything "bite-sized game mechanic" trope has to start somewhere. One thing for sure everyone will think of ways making or adding something new rather than doing one to one similarity, cuz ppl think they can do something better. If not theyre probably just greedy scums

Oh man, the tech troubles for the team + Mago not informed early on was really painful for this stream. I enjoyed it though, since it felt really refreshing to see you guys play an LC-like without having to go "gamer pants on"-mode. I kind of agree that there should be a more "active" way to heal up that isn't consumable-tied since you can respawn "infinitely" in a day; besides the idea of a rhythm game or dancing to the music, the idea I'm most reminded of is the hugging emote/item in Content Warning.
I'm personally hoping you play this on-and-off from time-to-time with the Pro Team, just to see where the development goes since there are really unique ideas that makes it feel different from Lethal Company.
It would make damage/death pretty meaningless though. There should be some penalty for it, and in this case it's the time spent healing.

Loved watching you play this game, it has such good potential and the dev/devs are very active right now with the community to solve a bunch of issues and add in some cool content to make the game better! Can't wait to see you play again after a few updates!

@@ChaseB1896 Went and checked what's listed under the dev's page. Said "abandoned" game (which is also the first game from this dev) isn't abandoned and the dev was upfront about the fact that development will greatly slow down (but not stop) so focus can be put on Sketchy's Contract. Which was a good call it seems since Sketchy's Contract already has a highly positive rating and almost x4 the number of reviews.
Can't really call a game abandoned yet when it hasn't even been 3 months yet since last update.

The only thing missing is a sound or visual effect when your dealing damage to the creatures. Or if there is one, make it more easy to spot

This is really fun! My first impression was "oh, this is just a shameless ripoff of lethal company", but it actually does a good job of making a distinctly different experience.
In the future, could chat be put in the top right so that it isn't obscuring the dead players display?
So have you tried not selling all your stuff at the same time? Instead of putting it all in the box have you tried just putting in the quota worth, then sell the rest after?

I commented on the VOD too, but you should give "On Dark Terms" one more visit. The dev decided to release 1.0.0 and slow the updates for that game to focus on Sketchy's Contract. It's still my 3rd favorite ghost hunting game behind Phasmo and This is a Ghost.
While both of his games are trend chasers, I think he did a great job finding a new gameplay facet with On Dark Terms and the cat aspect.

Lethal Company with no urgency and difficulty, kinda positive and negative. It would be great if your starting area are empty and you had to unlock those interactables.

The developers which insist on adding "motion blur" like visual effects are probably not from this planet. I consider myself an average human being and I can't tolerate this crappy special effect for more than five minutes.
