You guys do amazing work up there in Wilson. I see your finished projects on Ebay. It's nice to know there is still good old American craftsmanship out there....Thanks for sharing
that is so awesome! i love powerwagons! when i was a kid my dad worked for the telephone company and there cable trucks where powerwagons. he'd always bring one home on fridays if he was a heading to a job close by so i'd play in them all weekend. just a awesome tough piece of equipment!
Damn… I’m looking at a all purpose truck capable of towing a gooseneck trailer. Looks like I found my next money pit 😎 you guys do any mods to increase top speed? Detroit diesel conversions?
Cool truck and all, but it's not towing at highway speeds, the loader isn't even chained down. About anything could pull that thing around a parking lot. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice truck.
It's a 4bt cummins, legacy Power Wagon is a company that specializes in rebuilding and conversions, check out their web site, they even made a crew cab Power Wagon.
That thing may be "towing" that CAT around the yard, but if you took and 18,000# machine and stuck it on a 6,000# trailer behind a 7,000# truck with shitty old drum brakes (assuming the drive train is original PW, the rims look to be 8 lug, so I wonder?) That whole set up will NEVER stop on a steep hill, or if an idiot driver stops in front of you!
im pretty sure that all of those came with a 230 flathead and so far the ones that i have heard do sound like a cummins but i doubt its a 4bt so it should be a 230
Lol I didn't say I was going to. Just saying that the price is outrageous. I do have a 6bt out of a sprayer in the shop though, just no Powerwagon to put it in.

some day in my garage... such an awesome truck.

Awesome ... Can you still build one now ?

Completely speechless ,amazing

I have watched this over and over. Something is wrong with me.

4BT?
American Racing Outlaw II, 16x8 with 4.5 B/S.
I'd take that over anything new

I'm betting that not much of that power train is "original power wagon"........ so now we just have a "man" in "womans clothing".....
What kinda wheels are those on the dodge? They look rather interesting :)
Is this a diesel?
What year model is this truck?
no tow straps?
is that a 4bt or a 6bt?
Old, not obsolete.
Do Want! :D
Oh my god, 120k+ are you kidding me? Shit I'll go build my own with a 6BT and just as fine of craftsmanship for half that price.
too bad it starts at 120k :( but i LOVE this truck
I have no doubt...none at all...that it could haul that beast at highway speeds.
WRONG!
120k for a 3k truck, lol, someone has more dollars than "cents".
