Sometimes it works sometimes it not...while in the same table applied vlookup it shows right answer..

Remember that the list should be sorted from a to z for this function to work properly

At exactly 6:37 for changing the individual cell references, you don't have to change the each cell like A8 and A14...all you have to do is just select the colon i.e. : and press the F4 to lock it... it just works with a smoke. say thanks...
