Introduction of our Pastor
Dr. Harry Whipple Planted the Amerasian Baptist Church in Anjong-ni in 1993.
He served as pastor for five years until 1998.
He returned to Korea in 2008 and served as pastor until 2017.
The Lord led him back to Camp Humphreys and Anjong-ni in 2021.
Bro. Harry served as a U.S. Army Chaplain for three years with the 101st Airborne Division and deployed to Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm.
Following that assignment, he transferred to Military Intelligence and retired from the Army after 22 years of active military service.
He is a veteran of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom.
His education includes:
Doctor of Ministry, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, Louisville, Kentucky
Master of Arts in Counseling, Liberty University, Lynchburg, Virginia
Master of Divinity, Grace Theological Seminary, Winona Lake, Indiana
Bachelor of Religious Education, Cincinnati Baptist College, Cincinnati, Ohio
목사 소개
해리 휘플목사는 1993년 안정리에 한미침례교회를 개척하셨습니다.
1998년까지 5년간의 목회를 하셨습니다.
2008년에 귀국하셔서 2017년까지 목회를 했습니다.
2021년에 주님께서 그를 다시 캠프험프리와 안정리로 인도하셨습니다.
해리 휘플목사는 미 육군 101 공수사단에서 3년 동안 군목사로 복무했으며,
Operations Desert Shield 및 Desert Storm에 배치되어 복무하셨습니다.
그 임무를 마치고 정보부로 옮겨 22년간의 현역으로 군 복무를 마치고
육군중령으로 예편하셨습니다.
그는 Operation Enduring Freedom 과 Iraqi Freedom 의 참전용사 입니다.
