Really like starting Cade, Ivey, Simone, Harris, Duren … Cade is better at catch and shoot threes which bolds well for when Ivey does have the ball.. both Ivey and Cade can create mismatches with the ball and then 1-4 can shoot… also think we see a big jump in Durens defense this year he’s so young is going to get better every year with experience.. people fault him for his effort and checking out but being so young in such a bad situation is a pretty good excuse for that lol

Okoro is a 3&D 2/3. We don't have any of those on the roster. I keep hearing people saying he would take Ivey's spot, but our PG depth is Cade, Ivey, Sasser?? Ausar??? Okoro is a better overall player than Fontecchio, Beasley, and THJ. Tek and Beasley signed contracts designed for a trade, which speaks to your exceellent point that they might not even be here at the end of the season, let alone next year.

Start Sasser, Ivey, Cade at small forward, Reed, Duren Bench: Beasley at point, Fontecchio at shooting guard, Klintman at small forward, Thompson at power forward, Tolu Smith at center (for development minutes - mostly Duren and Reed will cover the backup center minutes.) Holland comes in as needed, to shore up the defense. Note, this is just a possible rotation. I do thousands of them over an offseason. So, don't get hung up over Harris not being in this one; maybe he is injured the week we see this one used.
Ivey will perform better coming off the bench. The issue with Ivey is that he has been inconsistent, particularly in his defensive efforts. Hopefully, by the second half of the season, he can find his way back into the starting lineup.
I dig J.I. as well, but after the All Star break and having that new kid (Congrats) he didn't play very well. Actually seemed to be in sort of a slump ending the season, I'm sincerely hoping for better from him this season alongside C2.
